Today is Sports Day

	体育の日で今日は天気が良い、空港建物の窓の汚れが目立つ、いいえ私のカメラのレンズが汚れてそうだ。 It's Sports Day and the weather is nice today, but the dirt on the windows of the airport building is noticeable. No, it looks like the lens of my camera is dirty.

I was heading to Incheon on Asiana flight 113, scheduled to take off at 5 p.m. However, the departure was delayed, which made me worry about my connecting flight in Korea, but there was nothing I could do about it.
	アシアナ便は2時間近くも遅れて韓国のインチョン空港に到着、セブに行く便は出発した後、とは言え滑走路手前に居るのだが私の為に待ってはくれなくて飛行機降りたら係員が「貴方の乗継便は出発しました」と案内、大韓航空は更に早く離陸してしまってるし私はラウンジで一夜を明かすしかない 大韓航空側のゲート11近くのハブラウンジから見た3階コンコース The Asiana flight arrived at Incheon Airport in Korea with a delay of nearly two hours. The flight to Cebu had already departed, but it was still just before the runway and didn't wait for me. When I got off the plane, an attendant announced, "Your connecting flight has departed." The Korean Air flight had already taken off even earlier, so I had no choice but to spend the night in the lounge. The third floor concourse as seen from the hub lounge near gate 11 on the Korean Air side.
	スカイハブラウンジは二つあってゲート46近くのアシアナの止まる側とゲート11近くの大韓航空が止まる側にある、それぞれ閉まる時間＝内部掃除の時間なのだが、両方とも閉まる事のないようにずらせてある。それ以外に途中に入り口が受け付けない時間が半時間ほどあって、食材補給の時間だと言っていた。 There are two Sky Hub Lounges, one near gate 46 where Asiana stops, and one near gate 11 where Korean Air stops. Each lounge closes at the same time as the interior cleaning, but they are staggered so that neither closes. There is also a half-hour or so in between when the entrance is closed, which they say is when food is replenished.
	これが今夜の夕食、ビールも無料だが、この後で眠るのにベッドがあるわけでないしワカメスープで我慢。国が違うと意外な所で意外な違う味を発見、トマトジュースを飲んだら砂糖が効かせてあった。この写真の中は日本人の私の期待通りの味だった。 This is tonight's dinner. Beer is free, but I don't have a bed to sleep in after this, so I have to settle for seaweed soup. When I drank tomato juice, it had a hint of sugar. The food in this photo tasted just as I expected as a Japanese person.

	朝5時までskyHubLoungeで過ごして6時に朝から開店のアシアナビジネスラウンジに入る。朝は目玉焼きとコーンフレークにヨーグルトをかけて食べた、客の増える時間になると牛肉と玉葱の炒め物があったので小鉢に追加、手前のスマートホンは受付にシャワーをしたいと言ったら順番が来たら知らせるのでと持たされる。シャワー室は10程あるが客の需要と供給と内部掃除のためだそうな。どれくらいの待ち時間かも言ってくれた。ラウンジは数人テーブル席もあるがここは隣との仕切りは木のすだれで隣の人とは直ぐ近くなので話せば声は聞こえるが一席テーブルで個室に近い内容の席だ。 I stayed at the SkyHub Lounge until 5am, then entered the Asiana Business Lounge, which opened at 6am. For breakfast, I had fried eggs and cornflakes with yogurt. As the number of customers increased, they had a small bowl of stir-fried beef and onions, which I added to my plate. I told the receptionist that I wanted to take a shower, and they gave me the smartphone in front of me, saying they would let me know when it was my turn. There were about 10 shower stalls, but they were apparently only open to accommodate customer demand and internal cleaning. They also told me how long the wait would be. The lounge had tables with a few people, but these were separated by wooden blinds, so you could hear each other if you spoke, but the seats were single-seat, more like private rooms.
	シャワー設備の内容はラウンジ外の誰でも入れる無料シャワーと内部はあまり変わらない、でもラウンジ内のシャワー室は洗浄便座と整髪料やその他の設備が充実している。 The shower facilities are not much different from the free showers outside the lounge that anyone can use, but the shower rooms inside the lounge are equipped with washlet seats, hair styling products, and other amenities.
	常備の食材と調理人が目の前で調理する用のホットプレートがあって朝は目玉焼きを焼いていた、昼は違うものが出るかと思ったら午後も替わり栄えしない牛肉と野菜の炒め物、それでも食材はそれなりの種類があって食べられる物を選ぶ There was a hot plate with the usual ingredients and the chef was cooking in front of me, so in the morning I fried an egg, and I thought there would be something different for lunch, but in the afternoon it was the same old stir-fried beef and vegetables. Still, there was a decent variety of ingredients, so I had to choose what I could eat.
	食事は全てカフェテリアスタイル、ここは二人、4人、6人のテーブルがある地域 All meals are cafeteria-style, with tables for two, four, and six.
	パン類、ご飯類、サラダ類、小さく切った肉類もある午後遅い時間は肉を炒めていたので次は野菜を加えるのだろうか？。そろそろ丸一日過ごしたラウンジともお別れして搭乗口にいかなくちゃ。 There was bread, rice, salad, and even some chopped meat. They were frying some meat in the late afternoon, so I wonder if they'll add some vegetables next? It was about time to say goodbye to the lounge after spending the whole day and head to the boarding gate.
	今夜のアシアナ航空のセブ行は乗れそうだ。搭乗時間には余裕を持って離陸時間の1時間半前にはゲートに到着、少々の間違いがあってもあわてないように。 It looks like I can get on tonight's Asiana Airlines flight to Cebu. I'll make sure to arrive at the gate an hour and a half before departure, so that I won't panic if there's a slight mistake.
	ほぼ満席に近いOZ709便エアバスA321 Flight OZ709, an Airbus A321, is nearly full.
	もちろんビールは離陸してから先に頂いて食欲が出た所で食事、ビーフ。 Of course, we had beer after takeoff, and then once our appetites had worked up, we had beef.

	いつものようにセブからカミギン島に行くのに飛行機の直行か、夜行の船Ｐ800でカガヤンデオロに朝着、陸路バリンゴアンに移動P200し再び船P140に乗り車に乗P100る方法の合計P1240とセブで一泊（P700）し朝の飛行機に空港までタクシーP240-飛行機Ｐ2889￥6300の合計P3829をか迷いながら、船旅との価格比較しながら飛行機にした。なを次の日の便は満席、更にその次の日は値段がべらぼうに高かったので三日後の便にした。この日はセブでチケットを買った。 I was torn between flying directly from Cebu to Camiguin Island as usual, taking an overnight boat for P800, arriving in Cagayan de Oro in the morning, traveling overland to Balingoan for P200, then taking the boat again for P140 and then driving for P100, for a total of P1240, or spending a night in Cebu (P700), taking a taxi to the airport for P240 to catch a morning flight, and then flying for P2889 (\6300), for a total of P3829. After comparing prices with the boat trip, I decided to fly. Unfortunately, the next day's flight was fully booked, and the day after that was ridiculously expensive, so I decided to fly three days later. I bought my ticket in Cebu that day.
	更に三日後の帰りはP2052￥5000この価格なら飛行機に限るボンボンでAkiraに逢って三泊して戻る予定でセブでチケットを購入、でもネットで買うより旅行会社の方が安い時があるのに少しずつ気づく、航空会社も旅行会社がチケットを販売してくれるので安売りしてるのだ。 The return flight three days later cost P2,052, 5,000 yen, and at this price I could only fly with Bonbon, planning to meet Akira, stay three nights and then return, so I bought the ticket in Cebu.However, I gradually realized that sometimes it is cheaper to buy through a travel agency than online, and airlines and travel agencies sell tickets at a discount because they do so.

I went jogging in the morning, and had filet mignon beef for lunch (P1500, 3200 yen). I had an early flight to Camiguin the next day, so I went to bed early.

	朝6時離陸予定の便、4時半には空港に着いて国内線を待ちます。今朝の食事は水とクッキーだけ食べる所はそれなりにあるのだが節約。 The flight is scheduled to depart at 6am, and I'll arrive at the airport at 4:30am to wait for the domestic flight. This morning's meal is just water and cookies, but there are plenty of places to eat, so I'm trying to save money.
	5時半には夜が明け、バスで機体まで運ばれて搭乗した。この格安航空会社の地上機器は素人手作りの機器らしきものが並ぶ、はっきりと判るのは搭乗用のタラップ、日曜大工丸出しのお手製。この黄色い箱は冷気を作って機内に送り込んでいるのだろうか、そうなら箱を開けたら数台の家庭用エアコンが見えそうな気がする。 Dawn broke at 5:30, and we were taken by bus to the plane and boarded. The ground equipment of this low-cost airline is lined with what appears to be amateurishly handmade equipment, the only thing that is clearly visible is the boarding ramp, a homemade construction in the truest sense of the word. I wonder if this yellow box is generating cool air and sending it into the cabin? If so, I imagine that if I opened the box, I would see several household air conditioners.
	90％以上の搭乗率だ、半分程は現地人、皆さん裕福になったものだ。 The occupancy rate was over 90%, about half of whom were locals; everyone had become wealthy.
	離陸してボホール島の上を上昇します Take off and ascend over Bohol Island
	この便は席の移動は禁止のはずだが。 Seat changes are not permitted on this flight.
	ボホール島の上空は早朝から積乱雲、昨日の熱気が島の地表に残っているのか。 Cumulonimbus clouds have been covering the sky above Bohol since early morning, perhaps the heat from yesterday lingers on the island's surface.
	上昇してボホール島を越えると直ぐ目的地、早速降下を始める、カミギン島の沖にホワイトアイランドが見えてきたAs we ascended and passed Bohol Island, we soon reached our destination. We began our descent and saw White Island off the coast of Camiguin Island.
	降下を始めてるが、どっち向けにアプローチするの？？？海からのハズだろ海からだったら傾斜の付いた滑走路に登り方向の着陸だから。 We're starting to descend, but which way are we approaching??? It must be from the ocean, because if we're coming from the ocean, we'll be landing uphill on a sloped runway.
	マンバハオ山の上は田んぼか牧草地か？この島は水だけは豊富だから稲作地かも。 Is the top of Mount Mambajao a rice field or pasture? This island has plenty of water, so it might be a rice-growing area.
	機内アナウンスがあって乗務員も椅子を取り出して座る An in-flight announcement was made and the flight attendants took out chairs and sat down.
	ここは穏やかな風だが向こうから強い風が海面に吹き付けているのが見える、強い風のあたりが滑走路か？こうして海面に風が見えるのは助かる The wind here is calm, but I can see a strong wind blowing across the sea. Is that the runway? It's helpful to be able to see the wind on the sea surface like this.
	一旦接地してバウンドしてポーポイズになりながらも二度目の接地で着陸、大きい飛行機で大きい空港だけの運行より地上からの支援が無い田舎空港の運行の方がパイロットとしては技量が要って面白い仕事で楽しいのかもと思った。ターボプロップエンジンに大きななぎなた羽根プロペラも離陸時の加速は体にグッと感じるくらい良い。 After touching down once, the plane bounced and porpoised, but it finally landed on the second touchdown. I thought that operating a plane from a rural airport with no ground support might be a more challenging and enjoyable job for a pilot than operating a large plane from only large airports. The turboprop engine and large naginata-blade propeller also provided great acceleration during takeoff, which I felt strongly.
	新しく出来た到着ロビーに向かいます。去年建設していた建物。 We headed to the newly built arrival lobby, a building that was under construction last year.
	飛行機からの荷物を乗客は待ちくたびれダレています。飛行機から荷物を台車に積み替え積んだ台車を建物の外まで引いてきて台車から荷物一個ずつこのロビーまで運んでくるのでやたら時間が掛かるベルトコンベアーはない全て手作業の田舎空港。 Passengers are tired and exhausted from waiting for their baggage to be delivered from the plane. The baggage is transferred from the plane onto a cart, which is then pulled outside the building, and each piece of baggage is carried from the cart to this lobby, which takes an incredibly long time. There is no conveyor belt, and everything is done by hand at this rural airport.
	空港の前の道路にいた知らないバイクの男を捉まえてBonbon部落までＰ150と言うのをＰ120に値切った、5分程走ってから機内持込手荷物を私が持って降りるのを忘れている事に気付き、バイクは空港に戻る。でも飛行機は離陸した後、仕方なく係員に言ったら乗務員が見つけて降ろして置いてくれていた。機内で前の席の下に入れたので降りる時は見えないので忘れたのだ。 バイクの後ろに再び荷物を抱えて乗りBonbonには20分程で着いた結局はＰ150￥350-払ってやった。 午前８時半いつもの宿でバイクを借りて街道に出て写真は駄菓子屋で瓶入りのガソリンを買おうとしている所、販売機の前の赤い6本入りケースに入っているのが1Ｌコーラ瓶に入れたガソリンＰ32￥70-

I caught a stranger on a motorbike on the road in front of the airport and bargained down the fare to Bonbon village from P150 to P120
. After riding for about 5 minutes, I realized I had forgotten to take my carry-on luggage with me when I got off,
so I returned the motorbike to the airport. However, after the plane had taken off, I had no choice but to tell an attendant,
and the flight attendant found it and took it off for me. I had put it under the seat in front of me on the plane, so I forgot about it when I got off.
I picked up my luggage again on the back of the motorbike and arrived in Bonbon in about 20 minutes, paying P150 - \350 in the end.
At 8:30am, I rented a motorbike from my usual lodging and headed out to the main road.

in a red six-bottle case, was gasoline in 1L Coke bottles, costing P32 - \70

長年の友人Beehiveを経営してるRaphael に逢って土産に日本製毛染や日本には豊富にあってフィリピンでは入手が難しい製品などを渡す。
私はにキッチンで持参した材料で散らし寿司の元を使って私の夕食を作ってくれる。
I meet my longtime friend Raphael, who runs Beehive,
and give him souvenirs, including Japanese hair dye and other products that are plentiful in Japan but hard to find in the Philippines.
He cooks me dinner in the kitchen using the ingredients I brought with me, including chirashi sushi seasoning.

	常宿民家の次女プリンセス、彼女が毎日使っているバイクを今日は私が使っているのでカタルマンの勤め先まで私が送っていく事に、ついでに会社の中の写真を撮らせてと言ったらＯＫ。まだ誰も来てない朝9時着いた直後。 Princess, the second daughter of the family I stay with, uses the same motorbike she does every day, so I was driving her to Catarman's workplace today. I asked if I could take some photos inside the company, and she agreed. We arrived just after 9am, when no one had arrived yet.
	机の上は整理してあるが夜中開けっ放しの窓から強い風が吹き込んだら書類は飛んでいくと思うのだが、ここは選挙などの事務を行う官庁事務所 Although the desk is tidy, I think that if a strong wind blows in through the open window in the middle of the night, the documents will fly away. However, this is a government office where elections and other administrative work are handled.
	この建物は1914年建造と、既に102年使っている、夜も窓は開けっ放しなのは私には信じられない机の上もこの状態でだ向かい側の木々との間にはトラックが行き来する街道が走ってるが夜中に夕立で雨が中に入る等は気にしないのだろうか？100年以上前ならエアコンも無かったろうしエアコン取り付けても効きそうな建物ではないが人々の対応も百年前の気がする。おおらかと言うべしか？？ This building was built in 1914, and has been in use for 102 years already. I can't believe the windows are left open at night, even the desk is in this state. There is a road with trucks going back and forth between the trees on the opposite side, but I wonder if they don't mind that rain will get in during a night shower? Over 100 years ago, there probably wasn't any air conditioning, and it's not a building where installing one would be effective, but the way the people behave also feels like they're from a hundred years ago. Should we call it easygoing?
	町に来たついでにガソリンを満タンに。1Ｌ/Ｐ34￥69-、瓶入りP32の方が安いなぜ？？ While I was in town, I filled up on gas. 1L/P34 was 69 yen, but why is the bottled P32 cheaper?
	向かい側にはカタルマンの町のマーケットが、その後ろにはマンバハオ火山がそびえる。 Across the street is the Catarman town market, and behind it is the Mambajao volcano.
	カタルマンの町外れにある工場兼修理工場にやってきた。緑色の機械は中国製の中古旋盤、室内に居ついている鳩は紐も何もつけてないのに気付く。 We arrived at a factory and repair shop on the outskirts of Catarman. We noticed that the green machine was a second-hand Chinese lathe, and the pigeons that had taken up residence inside the shop were not even attached to any leashes.
	こうして人が近づいても逃げるわけでなし、あちこち歩いて廻ってる。 Even when people approach, they don't run away, but walk around here and there.
	後ろを向いたりして家族のようにしている。 They turn their backs on each other and act like family.
	前を向いたりして訪問者の私にも愛嬌を振りまいて。 She looked forward and was very charming to me, a visitor.
	カタルマンの川、正面の雲の掛かった山の向こう側にmanbajaoマンバハオの町がある。 Across the Catarman River, across from the cloud-covered mountains in front, is the town of Mambajao.
	橋から見る川の下も木々がいっぱい。 There are lots of trees below the river as seen from the bridge.
	まだ朝9時、時間はあるのだし海岸の通りから山に入ってドライブ。 It was still only 9am, so we had some time and decided to drive from the coastal road into the mountains.
	Catibakに来たラファエルの経営するビーハイブもガラクタが増えた正面の2階のある小屋、下はトイレ男女で左右があるが上には個室が作ってある。宿泊も可能。 The Beehive run by Rafael in Catibak is a two-story hut in front of the building, which is full of junk. There are toilets for men and women on the left and right downstairs, but there are private rooms on the top floor. You can also stay overnight.
	たくさん並べてある販売用のジャムやコーヒー豆等、利益が薄く手間が掛かるが、これらは従業員だけで対応できる。 The many jams and coffee beans on display for sale are time-consuming and have little profit margin, but these can be handled by employees alone.
	バイクで走ってると山道があったので登ってみる眺めが良い。 While riding my bike, I came across a mountain road and decided to climb it. The view was amazing.
	camiguin Bonbon Tourist Police Albee 宿の近くにBonbonTouristPoliceOfficeがあった。この島の為にsagayの町の宿に21人の警察官がいると名前はアルビー、屋外に干してあるのはアクアラング用具、ここでは一日P50で足フィレを含めてスキューバ用具一式を借りられる。 There was a Bonbon Tourist Police Office near the inn. The inn in Sagay town has 21 police officers for this island. His name is Albie. Hanging outside are aqualung equipment. You can rent a full set of scuba equipment here, including fillets, for just P50 a day.
	Camiguin Bonbon Tourist Police Raile 彼らはカガヤンから来ていてsagayに宿がある名はライル。欧米人カップルが現地人ダイビングガイドと共に向かい側のサンコンセミタリーの海に出かけて行った海中に沈んだ墓を見に行くのだろうか？ They are from Cagayan and have a hotel in Sagay. Their name is Lyle. A Western couple went to the sea opposite San Conseil with a local diving guide. Are they going to see the sunken tombs?

2016/10/18(火Tue)

	帰る日の朝5時10分に宿をバイクで出て送ってくれた親父に途中から雨が降り出したので空港でビニル雨合羽を着せて家路に着かせる、雨は降ったり止んだり。 On the day I was leaving, my dad left the inn on his motorcycle at 5:10am to give me a ride home, but it started to rain on the way, so I put a vinyl raincoat on him at the airport and sent him home.The rain came and went.
	チェックイン時に半時間遅れと言っていたが１時間ほども遅れて到着。 When I checked in, they said it would be half an hour late, but I ended up arriving about an hour late.

	帰りの便は搭乗率70％程。 The return flight was about 70% loaded.
	離陸して見えているのは隣の島のボホール島の海岸。 As we take off, we can see the coast of the neighboring island of Bohol.
	離陸して20分程でセブ空港にアプローチを始める遠くに見えている山の手前はセブの町、滑走路空港は手前の島の右端にある。 About 20 minutes after takeoff, we begin our approach to Cebu Airport. Just before the mountain you can see in the distance is the city of Cebu, and the runway and airport are on the right edge of the island in the foreground.
	マクタン島のあちこちにある分譲地、インフラ整備が追いつかない島マクタン島。 Mactan Island is home to many subdivisions, and infrastructure development is lagging behind.
	マクタン島のセブ空港からセブダウンタウンまでリムジンで移動、ノースバスターミナル隣には日本からの輸入業者が店を構える。 We took a limousine from Cebu Airport on Mactan Island to downtown Cebu, where we found a shop run by an importer from Japan next to the North Bus Terminal.

	朝早いフェリーを待ちます。 Waiting for the early morning ferry
	乗船した時もまだ暗い朝4時半。 It was still dark at 4:30am when we boarded the ship.
	着いた頃には陽も上がってトライシクルにのる。 By the time we arrived, the sun had risen and we got on a tricycle.
	朝まだ早いオルモックの町。 It's still early in the morning in the town of Ormoc.

	現地のおばさん、とうもろこしの豆の部分をすりつぶしています。 A local woman is grinding the bean part of corn.
	家の前にはバナナの木の子供が生えている。 There is a baby banana tree growing in front of the house.
	近くの子供達も集まって。 The children from the neighborhood gathered together.

	正面には燃料タンクが、軽油か？？ There is a fuel tank in front, is it diesel?
	道路の真ん中に椰子の木が。 There is a palm tree in the middle of the road.
	Phiradsから私は早めに退散、高速フェリースーパーキャットの待合室、正面左は低速フェリー車もｌ運べる。 I left Phirads early, and headed to the waiting room for the high-speed ferry Super Cat. The slower ferry can also carry cars, and is on the left in front.
	13：45出発予定に乗り込んだ、セブに帰る。 We boarded the flight scheduled to depart at 13:45 and headed back to Cebu.

2016/10/23(日Sun)　甘やかす子供　spoiled children passenger from Korea.

日本に帰ろうと早朝便に乗るつもりでセブ国際空港に来た。 セブの空港内、韓国の人は小学生くらいのビデオゲーム中の子供二人を持参したカートに乗せて親が引いている信じられないくらいの甘やかしよう、１人ならベビーカーに乗せている、中学生になるとベビーカーは恥ずかしいのか背中に負ぶっている。 今日はどの便も満席、セブの宿に戻って寝る。 昼にはcris shang　crishaに逢った。 I arrived at Cebu International Airport intending to catch an early morning flight back to Japan. Inside Cebu airport, I saw Korean people incredibly spoiling their children, with their parents pushing two elementary school-aged children in a cart while they were playing video games. If they were alone, they would push them in a stroller, but as they were in middle school, they would carry the stroller on their backs, perhaps because they were embarrassed. All flights were full today, so I went back to my accommodation in Cebu to sleep. I met Cris Shang Crisha at noon.

	今日のセブからのOZ便は朝2時半の離陸なので大韓航空の1時半の便に、席が51Bだったのを搭乗してから前の２９Ｅにしてもらって出入り口から2列目の席で到着後直ぐに出る計画、インチョン着陸は7時11分、荷物検査を終えて韓国インチョン空港からOZ112便7：55発を締め切った直後の7時半にカウンターに到着、預け入れ荷物はないのでお願いと言ったら搭乗券発券してくれた。 The OZ flight from Cebu on that day was taking off at 2:30 in the morning, so I took a Korean Air flight at 1:30, and after boarding I was moved from seat 51B to seat 29E at the front, second row from the entrance, so I planned to leave immediately after arrival. Incheon landing was at 7:11, and after completing baggage inspection I arrived at the counter at 7:30, just after the closing time for OZ112 flight departing from Incheon Airport in Korea at 7:55. I didn't have any checked baggage so I asked for a ticket and they issued me one.
	この機内食の紙パック開け方が難しくて正面から開けると両側ラッチが邪魔になり開かなかった、上の写真のように真ん中を持ち上げるようにすると全周囲のラッチが外れて蓋が開けられる。 左はご飯、右はカレー味ポタージュのような味なので韓国の人は付属していた豆板醤をたっぷりつけて食べていた。日本人には少々味の薄いお子様向けのカレーライスと思えば良い。または付属のチューブ入り豆板醤を少しつけて食べれば程よい辛さ。 Opening the paper carton of this in-flight meal was difficult; when you opened it from the front, the latches on both sides got in the way and it wouldn't open; but if you lift the middle as shown in the photo above, the latches around the entire perimeter will release and you can open the lid. The one on the left is rice, and the one on the right tastes like curry-flavored potage, so Koreans ate it with plenty of the chili bean paste that came with it. For Japanese people, it can be thought of as a slightly bland curry rice for children. Alternatively, if you add a little of the chili bean paste from the tube that comes with it, it has just the right amount of spiciness.

大阪関西空港には朝9：50着陸、これで昼12時半には仕事に戻れた。

何も無かったような、あったような、無事に二週間の旅は終えられた感謝！
We landed at Osaka Kansai Airport at 9:50am, which meant I was able to get back to work by 12:30pm.
It felt like nothing had happened, but also like it had happened. I'm so grateful that my two-week trip ended safely!
