Uberウーヴァタクシー(アーヴァタクシー)の乗車リポート 利用にはUberウーヴァーTaxiのアプリダウンロードとクレジットカード情報などの入力セットアップが必要

下記の利用はそれらのセットアップ作業が完了したスマートフォンで操作した場合を記載してある。UberウーヴァーTaxiをクリックしただけでは登録と案内のページを表示する

従ってスマートフォンとクレジットカードが組み合わて両方とも本人のものである必要があるが目的地設定とタクシーを呼び乗車後の支払い作業だけなので乗った後は運転手のスマートフォンだけで済む。こうして他人を送ってもらう事は可能のようだが目的地変更や本人以外のみの乗車等の通常の設定以外の使い方の場合にはドナイなるかはUberのサイトを確認すべし。

スマートフォンもクレジットカードも本人の物を使用する場合の利用リポートを下記に記載する。


2018/2/8(木) アメリカ ルイジアナ州 ニューオーリンズにてキャンセルに遭い、再び別の車を呼んで乗車

但しタクシーが直前の客ともめていたり、事情があって客の降車に時間がかかる場合もあるので車が地図上で動いているのを見つけるのが良い。でも他の人が呼んでしまうと自分のスマホの画面から車が消える。画面に現れる車は空車か、もうすぐ客が降りる車に限って表示するようだ。
これらの現象は街や道路が混んでいたり、雨が降っていたりの事情もあるが、逆にそのような場合は他を探そうとしても車が見つかりにくい。

最初に呼んだタクシー


指定した場所の1ブロック手前で後1分の状態でドライバーJeremyは5分停車した後でキャンセルしてきた。
「ドライバーは乗車をキャンセルしました最初からやり直して下さい」と日本語で表示が出た。

仕方なく次のタクシーを探したのが下記の画面


真ん中に緑地帯のある道路は電車の走っていた道路

このUberタクシーに乗っでバスターミナルに行った。

次の運転手は直前のキャンセルの話をしたら、この辺りで地図の指定地が時折は1ブロック間違って表示すると言っていた、直前でキャンセルした運転手はそれを知らなかったのか、いずれにせよ私の画面と運転手の画面は同じはずなのにキャンセルした運転手のスマホには私の現在地を別の場所で表示していたようだ。これは事実ならUberのアプリのエラーかバグだ。

ドライバーがキャンセルして私にキャンセル料を課金したのでクレームを言った、更に私がキャンセルしたように理解した時は私にキャンセル料請求するのに、ドライバーが別の場所で待ってキャンセルしたと判った時は私にキャンセル料は支払わないのか理由を言えと言ったら5ドル払ってくれた

この以下のメールのやり取りは下から上に、時間の流れは上の方が新しい。
最後のメールの後、2月17日に5ドルの払い戻しがクレジットカードにあった。
私からのメッセージは「私の返事」と頭につけた、Uberからのメッセージ内の小生の名前は編集した、また相手のメッセージには当初から変な全角文字が挿入されてる。

We understand this experience was less than ideal.


Cancellation fees are automatically added when a trip is cancelled more than 5 minutes after your driver accepts it. This is to ensure fairness to driver partners as it means they won窶冲 be kept waiting - after all, they take the time to get to your pickup point and to get your where you need to go quickly and safely.


If you do need to cancel a trip in future, in order to avoid a cancellation fee, please be sure do so within 5 minutes of requesting a ride.

You have to confirm history trace beginneng of order taxi till driver cancelled ride on uber application program. Hey Did you read and understand my message ? . Very difficult to understand your message for me but it is simpe. As I text you that I did not cancel anything but driver canceled my ride, then I have to pay cancelattion fee?. I set up present position as pick up point and comfirmed right address hostel officer when I order car, In 5minutes Uber application indicate "wait one munute" car is one block before pick up point on map but cancelled, Is this right attitude of Uber ? Driver have to pay compensate my wait and pay price diffrence next car. will you reply someone who able to understand english not you. I hate argue un understandable un known person. How Many Rides Did You Purchase?: no car arrived and canceled by driver

Share Additional Details: when I order taxi it was $6- and car arrive 5minutes indicated but no show and waited 10minues. then suddenly driver canceled ride and informed me retry again, I did not cancel. Driver have to pay cancellation fee to me, next order show price $9- so you have to pay me price difference $3 too. so uber have to pay total $8- to me. Driver canceled but you ask cancellation fee to passenger ? You don't feel this is crazy situation ?
