	今日はKALラウンジ行って、チェックインカウンタ行くと今日はすんなり乗れた I went to the KAL lounge and went to the check-in counter and was able to board the flight without any problems.
	この便は混んではいるようだ This flight seems to be crowded.

	関西空港も出発便で混む時間 Kansai Airport is also crowded with departing flights.

	アシアナの機内食は最近はビーフは無くなってチキンの天丼風、1時間20分で韓国のインチョン空港に到着 Asiana's in-flight meals have recently been changed to chicken tempura-style instead of beef. We arrived at Incheon Airport in Korea in 1 hour and 20 minutes.

	インチョン空港にてアシアナラウンジで休憩、中のトイレは立ったら自動で流してくれる優れものだがウォシュレットの操作ボタンはハングル文字では判らない Taking a break in the Asiana Lounge at Incheon Airport. The toilet inside is a great feature that automatically flushes when you stand up, but the operation buttons for the washlet are written in Hangul and I can't understand them.

	空港内シャトルトレインの案内、判ってる人には判るが知らない人にはイマイチの韓国風のご案内、日本でも同じような事は多々見かける The signs for the shuttle train in the airport are Korean-style, easy to understand for those who know, but not so good for those who don't. I see similar things in Japan too.

	セブ行きOZ709便の離陸は21：49、食事はこれしかなかったイマイチ判らない魚でもなくキノコ丼のような味 Flight OZ709 to Cebu took off at 21:49. This was the only meal available. It wasn't a fish dish I could identify, and it tasted like a mushroom bowl.

	AnthonyBagarinaoと名乗る彼はセブ島西岸バランバンの町にある常石造船所に努めていて南米のホンジョラスの支社を尋ねたと、スペイン語は数週間の講習で話せるようになったそうな、フィリピン語はスペイン語の単語が沢山あるから楽なのだそう。 He introduced himself as Anthony Bagarinao, worked at Tsuneishi Shipyard in the town of Balamban on the west coast of Cebu, and had visited the branch office in Honduras in South America. He said he was able to speak Spanish after a few weeks of studying, and that Filipino was easy to learn because there are many Spanish vocabulary words.


	飛行機はセブには朝2時頃到着、朝食にマクドナルドに来た、この後で今夜のカガヤンデオロ行きのフェリーのチケットが取れた、ボンボンの家の娘のプリンセスに連絡したら今はカガヤンデオロに居るが親父に連絡して来てもOKだと返事があった The plane arrived in Cebu at around 2am, and we went to McDonald's for breakfast. After that, we got tickets for the ferry to Cagayan de Oro for tonight. We contacted Bongbong's daughter Princess, who said she was in Cagayan de Oro at the time, but that it was OK for me to contact her father.
	ピア３にあるターミナル2にやってきた I arrived at Terminal 2 at Pier 3.

	船は朝五時にカガヤンデオロに到着このcokaliongコカリオン社フェリーから降りて来た The ship arrived in Cagayan de Oro at 5am. I got off the Cokaliong ferry.

	同じくセブ出発の他社便の船だ、セブの出航が一時間後のトランスアジアのフェリーがやって来た、私の乗ったコカリオン社とほぼ同じ時間なので今日は早く着くようだ It was a ferry from another company that also departed from Cebu. The TransAsia ferry arrived an hour after it departed Cebu. It was almost the same time as the Cocalion ferry I was on, so it seemed to be arriving early today.
	アゴラバスターミナルまで荷物も含めて25ペソと言うのでお願いしたトライシクルでは30以上取られるからだ The fare to Agora Bus Terminal, including luggage, was 25 pesos, but the tricycle I requested would have cost more than 30.
	このミニバンに乗ったのは良いが一時間以上待たされた、皆さんＰ120だが私はドナイして値切るか考え中、バンはアゴラバスターミナルを朝7時20分に出発 It was nice to get on this minivan, but I had to wait for more than an hour. Everyone was paying P120, but I didn't want to pay and was thinking about bargaining. The van left Agora Bus Terminal at 7:20am.

	プエルトまでやって来た、私は真っ直ぐ行くが山の方へ道を進むと夜にはダバオに着く I've reached Puerto, I'm going straight, but if I take the mountain road I'll arrive in Davao by night.
	バスはプエルト陸橋を越えてまだ1時間半程走る The bus crosses the Puerto viaduct and continues for another hour and a half.

	バイクは大きくは壊れてないがぶつかった形跡はある、周りの人が怪我人を道端に移動した事故直後のようだ、バイクの向こう側で倒れた人を介抱している The motorcycle was not badly damaged, but there were signs of a collision. It looked like an accident had just happened, with people nearby moving the injured person to the side of the road. On the other side of the motorcycle, someone was tending to the person who had fallen.

	暫く走ったらバスが止まって物売りがやって来た、この辺りの水田は日本のように寄せ植えをしている、ばら撒く栽培では収穫が少ないのが判って来たようだ After driving for a while, the bus stopped and a vendor came out. The rice paddies around here are planted in clusters like in Japan. It seems they have realized that scattering the rice produces less harvest.
	バスが止まったのは道路工事で一方通行だから、直ぐに商売に結び付ける現地人、この国では日本でなら数日で終わる工事が一か月掛けて行うので商売もゆっくり見つけやすい The bus stopped because the road was one-way due to road construction, so the locals immediately connected it to business opportunities. Construction work that would take a few days in Japan takes a month to complete in this country, so it is easy to find business opportunities.

	バリンゴアンには9時10分到着、フェリーの時刻表を見るが10：15にスケジュールがあるぞ I arrived at Balingoan at 9:10, and when I checked the ferry timetable, there was a schedule for 10:15.

	この船の出身が判明、船名おおしま。フェリーは昼過ぎにベノニに到着、Ryoutaがバイクで迎えに来てくれていてカタルマン経由でカティバックbeehiveに到着16：30 I found out where this ship came from, its name was Oshima. The ferry arrived in Benoni in the afternoon, and Ryota came to pick us up on his motorbike. We arrived at Katibak beehive via Catarman at 16:30.
	Ryoutaに午後4時半にはボンボンの家に送ってもらった Ryota took me to Bonbon's house at 4:30pm.
	Akiraは寿司太郎を作り出した、現地米でも美味しく頂ける Akira created Sushi Taro, which can be enjoyed with local rice.

日本に帰るべく昨日の日曜夜遅くにセブ国際空港のアシアナカウンターで私はチェックイン、OZ710便01：50離陸予定だが午前2時に搭乗すら始まらない、私はのんびり待つだけ。だが日本の年度末の3月のこの時期は日本人の若い人は卒業して新しい会社に入社して働き始めたりの人生の転機で着いて直ぐの予定がある忙しい人が多いはず、と思っていたらあちこちに「朝から新しく就職する会社に行って新入社員の入社式に出るのです」と言う人が10人以上、似た事情の人を含めると30人位いただろうか、でも皆さんは片言の英語はできてもそれらの事情を説明してその後のどないするか等を問い話す語学力がないのだろうか、そういう話を航空会社職員に問いただす人は全くなく、あたふたしていた。そうこうするうちにOZ710便はメンテナンスが必要で今日は飛行できないとアナウンス、その後はどないするかと尋ねたらとりあえず乗客全員のホテルをアシアナの負担で用意するとの話だった。私はセブ空港のアシアナのスタッフは大勢知っているし、必要な事を言えば適切に対応してくれるので日本人の困ってる人達の要求をまとめて名前のリストを作り、「今日の飛行機が急にキャンセルになった旨を航空会社として乗客宛てに正式な証明書を出してほしい」、更に「日本の会社が今日の営業が始まる時間までに乗客の各自が日本の必要な所に電話を無料で掛けられるように、ホテルに着いたら自分の部屋から電話できるようにし、電話代をアシアナの負担で行うように」と交渉した。アシアナ航空からは乗客の名前入りで航空会社の都合でキャンセルになった正式な証明書類が必要な10人程は便が出発する迄に用意する、更にフライトの代替え便は24時間以内に離陸するように手配すると説明があった。これらの手配の決着が付き、乗客の皆が心を落ち着けてホテルに行く心づもりができたのは夜が明けて明るくなった朝6時頃だった。 I checked in at the Asiana counter at Cebu International Airport late last night to return to Japan. Flight OZ710 was scheduled to take off at 01:50, but boarding didn't even begin until 2am, so I just waited leisurely. However, at this time in March, the end of the Japanese fiscal year, young Japanese people are graduating, joining a new company, starting work, and going through a turning point in their lives, so I thought that many of them would be busy with plans to do so immediately after arriving. However, even though they could speak broken English, perhaps they did not have the language skills to explain their circumstances and ask what they should do next. No one questioned the airline staff about this, and they were all flustered. Meanwhile, it was announced that OZ710 needed maintenance and could not fly today, and when I asked what they would do after that, I was told that for the time being, Asiana would provide hotel accommodations for all passengers at their own expense. I know many of the Asiana staff at Cebu Airport, and if you tell them what you need they will respond appropriately, so I compiled the requests of the Japanese people in trouble, made a list of their names, and negotiated that "the airline should issue an official certificate to the passengers stating that today's flight has been suddenly canceled," and that "each passenger should be able to call the necessary numbers in Japan free of charge until the Japanese company opens for business today, and that they should be able to call from their own hotel rooms when they arrive, and that Asiana should cover the phone charges." Asiana Airlines prepared certificates with the passengers' names on them stating that the flight had been canceled due to the airline's circumstances for about 10 people by the time the flight departed, and further explained that they would arrange for a replacement flight to take off within 24 hours. It was around 6am when the night had cleared and everyone was ready to calm down and go to the hotel.
	朝7時にMAAYOホテルに向かうMandaue市、6階までテナントの入った大きなホテル、大きなバスが何台か連ねて走った。 At 7am in Mandaue, heading to MAAYO Hotel, a large hotel with tenants up to the 6th floor.
	ホテルに着いても突然予約の入った150人程の客が一度にチェックインするのだから時間が掛かる、突然客が増えたからとスタッフは朝3時に直ぐには増やせない。朝食と昼食は着いているが部屋の鍵を受け取ったのは朝10時を過ぎていた朝食昼食とも仙台から見えた米山さんご夫婦とご一緒した。 Even after arriving at the hotel, it took time because about 150 guests who had made a reservation suddenly checked in at once. The staff could not immediately increase the number of guests at 3 a.m. Breakfast and lunch were provided, but it was after 10 a.m. when we received the room key. 	この部屋が私一人の部屋たが、代替えの臨時便飛行機が夕方5時の離陸予定では一時間の仮眠が出来ればいい方だ。昼食は一人P800まで無料、超えると個人での支払いが発生する、部屋のシャワーは熱いお湯しか出ない、他の部屋の客も同じ事を言っていた私は修理させたが駄目、チェックアウト時に言ったが出来立てのホテルなのでと言い訳ばかり。
This room was for me alone, but the replacement flight was scheduled to take off at 5pm, so I was lucky to get an hour's nap. Lunch was free up to P800 per person, but if you exceed that, you will have to pay for it yourself. The shower in the room only had hot water, and other guests in other rooms had the same problem. I had it repaired, but it didn't work. When I checked out, they just made excuses, saying it was a new hotel.
	日本人夫婦と一緒に食事して二つの部屋の番号と私のサインをして一緒に昼食を清算したらP1700、チェックアウトの時に800を超えた分を払えと、ちゃんとコンピュータみて確認しろ、と言ったら「それでも二部屋で1600迄だから100払え」と言う、あのね一人P800と言ったのでしょ、三人ならP2400まで無料だよ、私は一人で一部屋だが夫婦の部屋は二人なのと説明、結局私のサインした紙を持ち出して確認しないと判らない人たち、支払い完了証明を出せと言ったが出せないと言うので食事時にサインした用紙のコピーを請求した。午後三時チェックアウトの時は韓国の人と一緒だが、彼らは高校生くらいの大きな子供をベビーカーに乗せて毛布を掛けて飛んでもない甘やかしよう、似た状況に度々遭遇するので障害者かと思ったりするが子供は時々ベビーカーから降りて歩く、親がベビーカーを持参している事が信じられない。彼らの国では同じ機に搭乗するパイロット同士で殴り合いの喧嘩して運航が遅れるなど、冷静に判断できない人間が出来るわけだ。
When we checked out at 3pm, we were with Koreans, but they were trying to pamper their big high school-aged children in strollers, covering them with blankets, and I often encountered similar situations, so I thought they might be disabled, but sometimes the children got out of the strollers and walked, and I couldn't believe that parents brought strollers for old enough big boy with them. In Korean country, pilots on the same plane got into fights and the flight in the cockpit and was delayed, so people who can't make calm decisions are born.
	朝から雨の続く中を大小二台のバスに分乗してセブの空港まで戻って来た午後4時、この後はホテルに泊まらなかった現地人乗客が時間通りに空港に来ないので搭乗口で何時間も待たされて遅れる。 We returned to Cebu airport at 4pm in two buses, one large and one small, in the rain that had been continuing since morning. After this, we were delayed as local passengers who were not staying at the hotel did not arrive at the airport on time, making us wait for hours at the boarding gate.

	セブの空港を我々の昨日のOZ710の臨時便が離陸したのは午後8時、もうすぐ今日のOZ710便が出発する時間だ、セブ出発前にフライトキャンセル証明も乗客の名前を入れた物を作成してくれて本人に渡すことが出来た世話した私もホッとする。 Our flight yesterday's OZ710 took off from Cebu airport at 8pm. It was almost time for today's flight OZ710 to depart. Before we departed Cebu, Asiana prepared a flight cancelled certificate with the passenger's name on it, and I was able to give it to them. I was relieved to have taken care of them.
	機内食は魚のフライと御飯又はお粥しかなかった、前者にした The only in-flight meals available were fried fish and rice or porridge, I chose the former.

	インチョン空港に着いたのは夜中午前1時過ぎだが小学生を抱っこする韓国人夫婦、眠いのは判るがそれが旅なのだと教えられないのだろうか？この親もまた同じようにして育てられたから、こういう対応が当たり前になってしまう、これでは何歳になっても何世代経っても何が正しい行動か自分で判断できないのも理解できる、歴代の大統領しかり。19世紀以前の李朝時代と変らない。今日は中学生高校生を抱っこしてるのは見なかった。ホテルで見かけた同じキャンセル便の客だから中高生は私の見える所に居なかっただけかも。
We arrived at Incheon Airport after 1am, but there was a Korean couple holding an elementary school child. I understand that they are sleepy, but why can't they tell them that it's part of the journey? These parents were also raised in the same way, so this kind of behavior is normal for them. It's understandable that they can't judge for themselves what is the right behavior no matter how old they are or how many generations have passed, just like past presidents. It's no different from the Joseon Dynasty before the 19th century. I didn't see any middle or high school students being held today. Maybe there were no middle or high school students.
	この上から毛布を掛けていたが、どこまで甘やかしたら気が済むのか、背負い用具を用意しているのが信じられない、自分で足をブラブラしてるから起きられると思うのだが親は子供とのそのような対話努力もしない、眠いのは判るが親も子も抱っこして当たり前の状態、これが韓国の人の常識、親子孫と同じ教育が代々引き継ぎ行われるから国が良くなったりしない
A blanket was placed over the child, but I wonder how much they will be satisfied with pampering. I can't believe they prepared a backpack for him. He was swinging his legs so I thought he would be able to wake up, but the parent doesn't make any effort to communicate with the child. I understand he is sleepy, but it is natural for both parents and children to be held. This is common sense for Korean people. The country will not improve if the same education is passed down from generation to generation for parents and children.
	韓国に入国し、インチョン空港到着階にあるアシアナのカウンターに来ました、飛行機が飛ばないだけで沢山の日本人乗客が困った不安がった旅だった。私としては24時間近く皆さん全員に対して最大限努力したので仙台から来た右の女性は「他人のこんな優しさに触れたのは初めて、人生捨てたもんじゃないなと思いました」とお礼にと空港で待っている時間は私の肩や背中のマッサージしてくれた。自分の感じた事を素直に言葉にして相手に伝える事は大切だと私は思った。でも彼女の連絡先は尋ねなかった、「尋ねるべきだったか」と時々は思い出している。
After entering Korea, I went to the Asiana counter on the arrival floor of Incheon Airport. It was a trip where many Japanese passengers were troubled and anxious because the planes were not flying. I made the best effort for almost 24 hours for everyone, so the woman on my right who came from Sendai massaged my shoulders and back while I was waiting at the airport, she saying "It was the first time I experienced such kindness from other person and. I felt that my life is good and happy ." as a token of my gratitude. I thought it was important to honestly express my feelings to the other person. But I didn't ask for her contact information, and I sometimes wonder if I should have.

	宿は仁川インチョン市内のDAYSINNのホテル、ここに着いたのは朝3時前、この宿は部屋に洗濯機、電子レンジ、ＩＨコンロ、調理器具に洗剤等も備わって長期滞在が出来るようになっている。 I stayed at the DAYSINN Hotel in Incheon, arriving there just before 3am. The hotel is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, induction stove, cooking utensils, detergent, etc. in the rooms, making it ideal for long-term stays.
	朝4時過ぎにシャワーは終わったが朝6時のバスで空港に向かうには俺は何時間寝られるのだ？朝4時半にモーニングコールをお願いしたがコンピュータのモーニングコールだった一応は女の声にしてあるが全く味気ない。 My shower finished at 4am, but how many hours of sleep could I get to catch the 6am bus to the airport? I asked for a wake-up call at 4:30am, but it was a computer-generated wake-up call. It was a woman's voice, but it was boring.

午前六時前にホテルをチェックアウトする時に話した20才くらいの日本人女性は同じアシアナの便で福岡に、予定なら昨日帰って今日は仁川経由でサンフランシスコに行くつもりだったと。
それで今日は福岡に帰ったらサンフランシスコの荷物を取って直ぐにまたインチョン空港に来て大韓航空でサンフランシスコ行きに乗ると、サンフランシスコ便は午後三時頃の出発だから間に合うそうな。

この後は朝8時5分発のOZ112便で無事に関西空港に帰ってきた。　色々と大変だったが無事に帰れた事に感謝　！　
インチョンでは無料だからとホテルに泊まらない方が都合よかったのだが何事も新しい事をやってみるべしと思ってアシアナが用意してくれたホテルにチェックインした、それなりに良い経験だった。そしてアシアナのスタッフとも仲良くなった。warren O espinosa

When I checked out of the hotel just before 6am, I spoke to a Japanese woman in her twenties who said she was scheduled to fly to Fukuoka on the same Asiana Airlines flight, but had returned yesterday and was planning to go to San Francisco via Incheon today.
So today, when she returned to Fukuoka, she could pick up my luggage for San Francisco and then come straight back to Incheon Airport to board a Korean Air flight to San Francisco, which departs around 3pm so she'd make it in time.
After this, I returned safely to Kansai Airport on OZ112, which departed at 8:05am.
It was a lot of hassle, but I'm grateful to have returned safely!
It would have been more convenient not to stay at a hotel in Incheon since it was free, but I thought it would be good to try something new,
so I checked into the hotel arranged for me by Asiana, and it was a fairly good experience. I also became friendly with the Asiana staff.

	朝早く午前1時頃から何度も雨が降る、雨が降る度に掛け布団が必要な程寒い。夜が明けた朝から雲が水面に映るボホール島の方向。AKIRAはいつもプリンセスの部屋で寝るのだがプリンセスの居る夜は居間で親父とソファを並べて寝ていた。 It rained several times from around 1:00 am in the early morning. It was so cold that I needed a blanket every time it rained. The clouds were reflected on the water in the direction of Bohol Island as dawn broke. AKIRA usually sleeps in Princess' room, but he was sleeping next to his father on the sofa in the living room.

	マンバハオを離陸して25分でセブ空港に到着 We took off from Mambajao and arrived at Cebu Airport in 25 minutes.

	着地と同時にヘリコプターが離陸して行った As soon as we landed, the helicopter took off.

	ラウンジに入るが今朝は韓国行は全部満席、次の便までここで時間をつぶす。ＫＡＬラウンジも行った。 I went to the lounge, but all the flights to Korea were fully booked this morning, so I killed time here until the next flight. I also went to the KAL lounge.
	大韓航空もアシアナも一日全部満席だったので空港から一旦帰宅する Korean Air and Asiana were fully booked for the day, so I left the airport and headed home.
