あちこち行きたいがホテルに2019年から預けてある荷物が気になりセブにとりあえず行く。
I want to go many place but I half to go Cebu first I leave my luggage
in hotel since 2019 COVID19 it's 4 years.
2023/10/02(Mon) 久しぶりの関西空港までの電車の旅だが以前と違っている所があったり、小さな知識は忘れていたり、何とか空港に着いた。
I am nerves way to Kansai airport many place many point changed public
transportation, anyway I arrived KIX airport.
朝一番の9時過ぎに出発のOZ115に間に合った。関西空港発韓国インチョン空港行き。
I got boarding pass OZ115 depart after 9 going Inchon Korea.
最近の機体は座席に画面は着いていないがスマホのホルダーが着いている、そして飛行中も機内でWifiに接続できる、しかしWifiはインターネットに接続してない場合があるが機内サーバーにある映画などの視聴サービスは使える。左下にUSBコネクターも着いてる充電用。

朝一の便の朝食はビーフと目玉焼きの丼味、添付のコチジャンをつけるが私は辛くて付けられない、でも味は良いコロナ前と替らない美味しい。

夜21：30発のセブ行きOZ709便の後ろの方の席に座れた。この便も各座席の前にはスマホ接続を前提としていた設備がある。
I got last column seat of OZ709 depart 21:30, this aircraft also no screen each seat.
久しぶりのセブ行きOZ709便は21：46に離陸。
I get on OZ709 take off 21:46 at Inchon.
台風崩れの熱帯低気圧の残骸が残っていて離陸して半時間程は揺れが酷かった間はビールをお願いし、その後の食事はビーフとライスをお願いした。
After take off over Korea peninsula area covered tropical low so half hour
bumping flight so enjoyed only beer, I choice beef and rice provide
dinner after bumping.
お腹が減っていたのでお代わりにチキンとパスタも追加でいただいた。
I really hungry so I asked chicken and pasta as extra meal .

セブ到着01：30 CTI506に10hで朝まで、その後は7日分をクレジットカードで出したP5000でP3294支払う。
Arrived Cebu 01:30 Philippine time and checked in Capitol tourist inn 10hours
room 506, in the morning changed single room weekly rate P3294 I got money
by credit card at bank.
マーケットRobinsonFuenteにてSIMとノキアN105購入しセットアップ、以前はSIMは購入し差込むだけで使用出来たが、今はSIMの有効化にパスポートなどの写真付きの本人証明書類が必要になった。
Got sim for phone contact to my friend and bought N105 Nokia basic phone.
We could buy SIM easily before but not now, when activate SIM necessary
pictured ID document to use in phone at SIM shop.
China bank send me some document it is necessary to many my personal documents
such as ACR and or SRRV certificate to keep my bank account.
I went to Japan embassy to additional information, they give me information
of Philippine immigration and retirement authority, bank teller gave me
someone's SSRV card as sample hided personal infomation by black ink.
I went Philippine immigration to make ACR card but they provide only
this I hate inappropriate attitude of officer, but I paid 3030 peso 54us$,
I got back Japan embassy but they can not say anything that immigration will accept or not it is Philippine official decision.

昨日は結局はACRカードかSRRVカードがなければ銀行口座は維持できないがどちらも直ぐに出来ないので口座閉鎖して全額出すしかないと。
昨夜から友人にアドバイスをもらいACRカードを作るのも数か月掛るらしいので今は口座閉鎖と結論に達した、今朝は腹ごしらえをして銀行に行くのだ。
Finally I can not keep my account without ACR or SRRV so I decide withdraw
and close my account, I will go bank after breakfast today.
I went to bank after breakfast, one of office girl say can not withdraw
all the money, she is the one I can withdrawal all the money yesterday
same girl, I complaint that do not change condition only one day, I complaint
and ask to insist to get all my money, but she said "it is not
my fault if you want complaint try to go to ask to my boss she is end of
desk over there".
I went and said same things to withdraw my money to boss, then boss said something
few word to first girl, condition was changed to yesterday by only boss"s few word.
I am tired to see and talk to crazy teller in bank. I got all my
money from bank now I am having lunch with rich wallet.

古くからのレイテ島の友人を訪ねようと早朝6時の便のチケットを買いに出てきた04：00。
I want to meet my old friend at Leyte island, I arrived 4am to get early morning ferry 6am ticket.
この国も変化が、コロナの前は複数のフェリーが同じ時間に競争して同じ目的地に出発していたが、今は時間毎に異なる会社が運航する高効率化。オルモックへは6時の次は8時半。
This country was changed, two ferry company scheduled same time same
destination before COVID19 but now they are not competitive, next ferry
is another company operate same destination after 6 next ferry is 8:30
going to Ormoc..
以前と変わらないのはエアコンクラスは常に寒いくらい冷やしてある。暑い時期でも早朝便ならオープンエアーのクラスで充分だ。

レイテ島オルモック到着は9時この時期は暑くない、きっちり3時間かかるオーシャンジェット便、スーパーキャットなら2時間半。上の階がオープンデッキクラス。

super cat ferry. upper floor is open air deck class.

道路の片側ずつ舗装を直しているのだが、この国は何をするにも時間がかかる。波止場へ戻る道。
Way back to port city area, this country need lot of time to road construction

オルモックからセブに戻る便も各社が時間分けして均等に運航している、この方が不必要な競争がなくてお互い運航効率が良い。
Way back Ormoc to Cebu is same ferry company shared time and schedule this is good effective not necessary competitive schedule.
今は港の入り口の向かいの小さなショップで各社のチケットを売っているようだ、コロナ以前は各社がチケット売り場を別々に設けていたが便利になった。

コロナ前はタクシーが簡単に見つかったのだが今はバイクタクシーしか見つからなかった。波止場から宿までタクシーでP110のところをバイクはP100と言う。雨が降ってなければ良いのだが私はP80と言ったのだがそのまま出発。

今回はバイクを降りるときにポケットの中で持ってるお金はP80が分かったので「持ってるのはこれだけや」と言って渡して降りた。

友人に誘われ、ParkMall近くのBigHotelでビジネスミーティングの朝食会に招かれたので新しくなったバスタイプのジプニーで乗り換えて。老人はP12-だと。

コロナ前にはなかった橋だ。これでセブ島から空港のあるマクタン島南端に行ける。
This bridge connecting road it convenience connection south part of Cebu
island so we have to have U turn somewhere.
この橋はセブ島の南部からセブの中心に向かう通りの手前に入り口があり、セブ中心部から一旦は南に向かう。
We are driving to south from down town of Cebu city.
マクタン島に入ったところ料金所P100払ってお釣りが来た。

荷物の整理をしたらスーツケースが余り、受け取ってくれたハリー、少々古い写真だが、彼の奥様と町で会った時に私は全く判らなかったので記憶のために掲載。

夜に空港までのタクシーに乗ったら流暢な日本語、でもフィリピン人のようなので「どこでドナイシテ覚えたの」と尋ねたら13年間日本で一番暑い埼玉の熊谷でタイヤ再生の仕事してたと。
