2013/4/27(Sat)ちょっと早めに家を出ました。Get out my house little earlier.
2013/4/28(Sun) ダウンタウンの青天井の鍵屋で日本から持参したワイヤーロックの予備キーを作ったり・・・何もかも日本より安いので忙しい日。

朝になると両替の必要もあってフェンテオスメニアに出てきました。ここでいつもの朝食。 I have breakfast in McDonalds Fuente osmenia. |
| Price of internet cafe is P12 per hour or P10 per hour but condition is not same, minimum is one hour, others are minimum ten minutes, P12 per hour was minimum 10 minutes, usually I stay 10 to 30 minutes. sometime they don't have small change , so I said that I will deposit until tomorrow. I will go same cafe same time so that same girl stay in cashier she did not forget my deposit. |
町のネットカフェはP12/HはP10/Hなど時間当たりの価格に差はあるが、最小単位が1時間の所、10分単位の所など色々ある。条件を尋ねて入る、P12の所では20分未満はP4\10-だった。 P6のお釣りが無いと言うので「預けておく、貴女の名前は？」と言って次の日の同じ担当員が居るときに行ったらちゃんと覚えていて前日のお釣りを充当してくれた。 |

ダウンタウンのホープペンションハウスの部屋の鍵、部屋の鍵を何度もらっても「本当にこれ？」と私には読めないのでカッターナイフを借りて部屋番号を彫って入れる作業を始める。415の4の最初の斜めの線を彫ったところ。 My cheap pension give my key but I can not read number, I will cut by knife number of my room 415. so number will not erase anymore. |

昼も大きなゴキブリが走り回っている道路だが朝はストリートチルドレンの寝床、朝9時ごろ。 Running big cockroach on street but street children sleeping in morning. |

今日も精神的体力的に余裕のあるときはジプニーで出かけます。 If I am not tired, or not exhausted I will take jeepny. cheapest transportation. |

HOPEpension１泊P420\900-の部屋、4階だがエレベータはない。エアコンを効かせて部屋を冷たくしないとゴキブリや小さい虫が出てくる。 夜中に停電、エアコンも止まった隣のビルは明るいから困らなかったが、このビルのブレーカーが落ちたようだ。そのうちに電気を入れてくれると半時間待っても通電しない、部屋が温かくなってゴキブリが這い出すのが気になって「ブレーカーは入れ方を知らないのか」と文句を言いに行った。 |

so that small insect or cockroach will not appear, in the midnight power failure but other building is on still I can see in the room light from window, maybe electric breaker shot down, I wait half hour but no one will switch on again, I worried that if room become warm insect and cockroach will come out to my bed., I have to go check in counter to complaint "you don't know how to switch on your breaker! |

ゴキブリの多さに私は宿をチェックアウト、受付は二階にある。電気のブレーカーはカウンター横にあった。チェックアウトタイムは12時だが10時にチェックアウト。 Check out time is 12 but I check out at 10 because too many cockreach. electric breaker equipped left side of counter. |

荷物があるのでジプニーはいやだタクシーを探すダウンタウン。 I have bag today I will not take jeepny, looking for taxi at down town. |

ガソリンは日本より安いが現地の人にとっては高い。日本では￥150/Lだがここでは\115/Lくらいだ。 Fuel is cheaper than Japan, but expensive for native people. in Japan us$1.5/L but us$1.15/L here. |

待合室で「タグビララン」と呼ばれて、一人でドアから外に出された私、「船はどこだ」と尋ねたら「船のところに行って尋ねろ」判り易い返事だが沢山船があるぞ。 Waiting room guide said "Tagbilaran" and asked me to get out , I asked "where is my boat" answered "ask at the boat" simple answer. |

誰でも良い「タグビララン」と言って見る。フォークリフトが勢い良く走って出てくる、おっとあぶねぇ。作業員があっちの船だと言ったはず、指を指して教えてくれる。 Worker, driver, sailor, I ask everybody. ohpps! forklift come out suddenly, someone said "Tagbilaran that ship" |

ありましたTAGBILARANと書いた船。舟に乗った所で船員にチケットを見せて確認する。 I find indicated Tagbilaran. I confirmed ticket to sailor. |

上甲板だけがやけに大きな船だが「どこ行くの？ Many of upper deck next ship, what is destination next ship. |

ここが安いチケットのベッド。この行き先は夜の便もあるようだ。 This area is economy class bed, this ferry has night schedule too. |

気がついた時には船はセブの港を出て走り出していた。 When I realized ferry started already. |

ドアの開いているところがエアコンの効いたツーリストクラスなのだが、私がドアを閉めてもこの国の人は誰も閉めない。 Entrance of tourist class air-conditioned room , everytime I close door but no one will close anymore. |

５時間弱で船はタグビラランに到着、乗客が海に投げるコインを拾うのを仕事にしている子供、と思ったらマットレスの上に乳飲み子を乗せている若い女もいる。同情を買わせようとしているのか？ 5 hour cruise to Tagbilaran, children waiting passenger throw coin to sea, but not only children, some of young woman also with new born baby on mattress instead of boat. |

ここで１３才のキャサリンに会うために来たのだが、恥ずかしがって写真に入ってくれないブルーシャツの女、仕方ない。 To meet 13 yeas old Catherine is purpose of visit, she is shy blue shirts lady. |

13才では一人で私に会うのは不安なのは理解できる。母親が現れるのは仕方ない。 Appeared mother , I understand 13 years old girl can not meet to me alone. |

結局彼女に会うためにここまで来たのだが・・・・。彼女の説明を母親曰く「父親は中国人、中国人は中国人としか結婚できないと言われて・・・・」と訳の判らない解説をしていた父なし娘。 This is chathaline, mother explained that her daddy is Chinese but Chinese said that Chinese can get marry only Chinese, I understand mother believe Chinese strange reason. |

| ネットで知り合った彼女「学校に行くのに助けが欲しい」と言っていたので直接確かめにここまで出かけて来た。 13才ならこれから高校だし、でもフィリピンでは高校は無料のはず、母親の話を聞くと高校4年、大学4年の助けが必要だと。 でも母親は私より高価なノートパソコンを持っている。 食事中も忙しくメールを書いている、見るとあちこちの出会い系サイトの男に声を掛けている。 最終的に判った事は母親の年齢では男は捕まらないし娘をダシにして、お金を出しそうな男を物色していたことが分かる。 母親は誰かに出させた金でヨーロッパやアフリカも旅行し贅沢していても娘の就学準備の金を出さないで他人を当てにしているのが判る。 When I find that she need some of help to go school. at 13 years start high school in Philippine but it should be free, then I asked mother but daughter need help high school 4 years and university 4 years.. Mother has expensive PC and busy to chatting to other boy through internet while we have dinner together. She has experience many trip to Europe and Africa , she has enough money to support her daughter Finally I understand , Mothers age can not catch up rich boy easily so mother asked daughter to find rich guy instead of mother for only earn money |

町には浮浪者風の男女が食べ物を求めて歩いているが、このテーブルにも来て、一番手前の皿にあった私の食べ残しをビニール袋に入れて持っていった。左端のパソコン画面は男を求めて母親がパソコンを前にメッセージを送っている。 Many of beggar walking in this town, one of bagger asked from my white plate on the table, PC screen left of table is mother chatting other boy. |

私の食べ残しを袋に入れた浮浪者はガラス向こうの部屋の中の客にガラス越しにノックして食べ物を求めていた。赤シャツの従業員が出て行くように催促した。 やはり目に余ると追い出される。 Beggar asked other guest inside of room knocked glass and asked food, after she get from my plate this is too much activity for this food shop. red shirts lady asked to go out to beggar. |

宿の向かいは学校の寮なのか大勢の若者が小部屋に住んでいるのが見えた。 Night view of my room 303, many light building should be dormitory some of university. |

現地人に似た身なりをしていても私は目立つ、現地人は安全な町と言ってるが、彼らには安全でも私には安全でない事を悟るべし、知らない町を一人で飲み歩くのも危険と思ってビールを買ってきて一人で飲む。 In another country I take care of my shirts and pants also behavior to similar to native people. people said this is safe town but it is safe for native people. I will not go out to drink. I bought big bottle of beer , I enjoyed in my room. |
| 若い女に「助けて」と言われたら誰でも金を出すと思って娘に言わせている母親にびっくりしたり唖然としたり。 フェリーで港に着いてダウンタウンまでトライシクル運転手に50ペソだと言われて値切らずに私に平気で払えと言う、 私が交渉して40になったが本来は32ペソ￥70-なのに私に対して「お前は金を出して当たり前」の態度、 ここに書ききれないくらい細かい事がいっぱいあって、ゆっくり考えてみるがドナイ考えても私が金を出してやる相手ではないとビールを飲みながら結論。 タグビラランには安い宿は見つからず、エレベータなし三階の部屋のP660の宿に泊まる。 If young lady said "Help me" usually everybody will help , so mother expected too much, I surprised and feel crazy to her. From harbor to downtown tricycle driver asked P50 mother know it is too expensive but she did not ask discount it, she only said to pay to me, but I know expensive or not, so I ask and discounted to P40, but usually it should be P32- mother will never help anyone . even I have so much money I can not help or support them. In Tagbilaran can not find cheap hotel, no elevator 3 floor room was P600\1300us$13-/night. |
