Enjoy staying in CEBU

To Cagayan de Oro on Mindanao Island, where I'm going tomorrow, there are TransAsia and 2GO companies, but I'm going with the latter, which is a little cheaper, because TransAsia is poorly maintained and their services are often suspended rather than being priced higher.
I buy my ticket at the ticket office in the SM shopping mall.

Going Cagayan de Oro

Since it doesn't look like we'll be able to eat cheaply on tonight's ferry, we'll fill our stomachs with chopped sai beforehand.

Entering through the entrance on the other side, a staff member in a pink shirt will be at the ticket check-in counter, where you will be photographed with a camera and checked in with a barcode. Before that, a dog will X-ray your luggage and then sniff it again.

The dog sniffed my luggage and it passed through safely.
This ship is huge and can carry thousands of people, so it takes a long time to get on and off. This 2GO ship runs between Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, and Manila in that order, and passengers going from Manila to Cagayan de Oro stay on board without getting off in Cebu. It takes about 12 hours between Cagayan de Oro and Cebu, and between Cebu and Manila.

Arrive Cagayan de oro in Mindanao Island

I tried to turn off the TV but couldn't, so I turned the volume all the way down and went to sleep.
Arrived cagayan de oro at 4am
At this time, ships arriving from all over are anchored.
Vehicle boarding and disembarking is at the front and rear of the ship.
The entrance to the port is on the other side of the yellow sign, and the woman I met online is there alone to pick me up. I have to get there quickly.

I met her at the entrance to the port, where she had come to pick me up, but her aunt and cousins, a total of about five people, were there with her and said, "But you said you were coming to pick me up by yourself."
"The others all live near the port and came with us because they wanted to see me," she said, and I guess it can't be helped if they live nearby.
She must live about a two-hour bus ride from here, and since she said she would come to pick me up by herself, I offered to pay for her round-trip transportation.
After we met, she said she wanted to go to a relative's house near the port, so we went together, but when a tricycle ride for five people cost about P40, she gave me a P100 bill and said, "Take it for yourself," without taking any change, and I was so generous with it that I wondered if she was rich.
After taking a break at my relative's house, her parents said they wanted to meet me, so I went to the bus terminal to go to their house and got on the bus.
My aunt and cousins, who said they lived near the port, got on the bus with us. I wondered why, but thought, "If she wanted to go with me, she could do so."
I had promised to pay for her round-trip transportation, but I hadn't promised anything more than that.
Her face looks a little stiff because I'm next to her? But on the other side of me are my aunt and cousin.
This is a photo of us when we met online, but we were surprised at how different it was in real life. It seems we were in the same boat, our responses to chats were appropriate and not forced on each other, and we quickly grew close to each other.
The bus to Iligan City was full and departed, tickets were P85/19 per person.

I told her to smile because I was going to take a photo, and she somehow managed to smile.
I listened to her talk at length on the bus, and found out that she had borrowed P1,000-2,200 from an acquaintance before leaving and had come out with her aunt and cousin, so she asked me to pay the P1,000.
I told her that she had said she would pick me up at the port by herself, so I had promised to cover the round-trip fare for each person.
I had no obligation to pay for someone who is not related to me, but who forgets to save and squanders money on extravagance when they have money.
I handed her P85 x 2 = P170 for the bus fare and the taxi fare to the port, and decided on the bus not to go home.
If I went home, she would just keep pressuring me to pay, and I knew that if I met her parents, I would be made to take responsibility for a woman I hadn't even held hands with.
Furthermore, I remembered that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Overseas Safety Information said that from this area onwards, "we should carefully consider whether or not to travel."
It was a direct bus to Iligan, but it would stop if you told them the name of the village where you were getting off. When the bus finally stopped, I gave them about 100 yen (220 yen) more than the necessary expenses they had agreed to just before getting off, and they simply said, "I'm not getting off, and I'm not going to see my parents," and I stayed in the bus. I was stunned by the nerve of these people who, with no prospect of an income, had borrowed a large sum of money from an acquaintance and gone on a lavish trip, counting on my money, and watched as the three of them walked off on the other side of the tricycle.
About 10 minutes after they got off, we arrived at the Iligan City bus terminal.
Buses come and go from all over the country constantly. I pay 25 yen (5 yen) to use the restroom and look for a bus to go back. This Korean-made bus does not have a toilet.
This is the bus. It leaves for Cagayan de Oro soon after. There was a sign saying that the bus was equipped with Wi-Fi, so I told the conductor to turn on the signal, but I couldn't use Wi-Fi until we arrived in Cagayan de Oro.
I returned to Bulwa Bus Terminal in Cagayan de Oro. I was wondering whether to take a shared jeepney to Agora Bus Terminal, which is close to the center of town.
Remembering my experience of being pickpocketed, I decided to take a taxi, since I wasn't sure whether taking a shared jeepney would be more economical than taking a taxi afterwards.
In the end, taking a taxi was only 10 yen (22 yen) more expensive.
When I ordered a cheeseburger at McDonald's, it came with French fries. Since I don't eat them, I gave some to the high school girl sitting next to me and took a commemorative photo, but I didn't get around to asking for her cell phone number. The red ones are the French fries I gave her. Only one of the girls was eating the lunch she had brought with her. Everyone thought it was a waste, but it turns out some girls are frugal.
Dinner of grilled fish bagos and beer.

The receptionist at Vines Pension is Conie Gonzales, 28 years old, who says she sees her boyfriend almost every day, but she give me her phone number. What does that mean?

Cagayan de oro Vines pension house.

This morning I had breakfast at JOLLIBE. There's a McDonald's next door, but they don't serve pancakes, so I always have JOLLIBEE for breakfast here.

Raphael appeared wearing a German military-style helmet, and when I told the Belgian that he would look like a German soldier in military uniform, he laughed. But he also spoke German fluently, as expected.

I taught him how to make sushi rolls and he tried rolling one too, it was his first time making Japanese food. He put too much ingredients in the middle, so it ended up spilling out and he couldn't roll it up inside, so the ingredients weren't in the middle and the shape was odd. He was very happy with his first and favorite sushi roll.

Going back to CEBU

The bus was a Japanese-made minibus that could seat 25 people. I got on the 5am bus and arrived at the airport in 40 minutes. Even at peak times, the area between town and the airport is relatively quiet with few houses and factories, so I think you'd arrive at the airport within an hour. My flight was scheduled for 8:30, so the 7am bus would have made it in time.

I get off the bus and take a photo of the control tower before checking in.

Check-in for the Philippine Airlines flight to Manila, departing at 7:30, was crowded, but I was on the yellow Cebu Pacific.
Zest Air is also a low-cost airline, and it costs P1,850 (\4,000) from Cebu to Manila, and about \3,000 by boat. Of course, the price fluctuates depending on the season and conditions.
During the X-ray baggage inspection before boarding, all alkaline batteries were not allowed and I was forced to throw them away. Apparently rechargeable batteries are OK, but the standards are a bit unclear, but I had no choice but to follow them, so I threw away eight brand new batteries. Maybe they were just trying to harass me for a tip. This is the Cebu Pacific Airbus 32 that I was flying on.
At the boarding gate, I was told to go to the farthest aisle, and I wondered why it was just me, but then I realized that my side was an air-conditioned jetway. Those boarding through the rear doors had to walk across a hot apron to board.
This entrance is not hot so it feels good.
The plane arrived in Cebu about half an hour after takeoff. The captain was a Japanese man in his 30s who introduced himself as Suzuki Ken. After arriving in Cebu, we talked about various things and parted ways, saying "I hope we're both well." He told me that there were two Japanese people working at Cebu Pacific, and the other one was on an ATR.
Abelia came to visit us today, and when we asked her to pose for a photo, she seemed a bit hesitant.

He asked me to come to his house, so I went. There was no electricity in the house, so there was only the street light outside.
