2016/4/26（火Tue)　銀杏旅館の裏山に登る Climb small mountain behind Icho ryokan accommodation

	新しい朝が明けたバネパの町の方向、朝食はおかゆと漬物、梅干、塩昆布と味噌汁のみ、あれっこれだけなのと思った。たんぱく質が全く無い朝食。 on Roof view east side, breakfast was rice porridge, pickled plum, salted kelp, miso soup, no protein meal
	近くの向かいの段々畑の山にも朝が来る、西の方向。 West side view
	トゲだらけの赤い花をつける植物はどこにでもある、もうひとつトゲのある植物があって知らずに触ると一週間くらい手が腫れると Many of prickle with red flower this plant, we can see anywhere we have pain keep one week if touch prickle
	銀杏旅館からこの道を歩いて登ります。これは登ってきたところ後ろ側。街道はもっと狭い部分もあるが近くの山間部に行くバス道。 This is the road small village behind mountain, road is partly very narrow but public bus will pass for the people
	銀杏旅館の裏山を超えた所にある集落 House near the highest point of hill
	ネパールのイチジクの木、枝がしなるほど実がなるとか、この時点では梅の実程の大きさのが成っていた。 One of fig tree it will make big fruits when heaviest but only small fruits at this time

	今は乾季だから何も植わってないがとうもろこし等を植えるようだ、これから雨季。 Now it is dry season this country, farmer will plant from now

	山は深くて斜面は急峻な部分が多い。 Steep slope in deep mountain
	急な斜面だが岩より砂地の山、これじゃあ地震があったら水を含んだら山ごと崩れる This mountain consist sand not include stone or locks

	大人の女性が赤を着るのは既婚である事を示している Adult lady wear red color mean get married already

	とある民家に到着、筋田氏はこうして座って紅茶を二つ注文、熱い紅茶のカップには常に数匹のハエが止まろうとブンブン飛んでいる、そんな中で砂糖がいっぱい入った紅茶をすする。 We arrive one of house as if his friend, he ordered two of tea, people served english tea with lot of sugar, so many fly around tea cups, always few fly try to stop on cup so I will try to drink tea first before fly will stop
	動物を家の近くで飼っているからハエが多いのは仕方ない、でも半端な数じゃない。 Reason why lot of fly flying , they have animals around house here, many animals not few
	10分ほど休憩して再び出発 We had break time 10 minutes, start to walk again

	大麻が育ってる、日本なら警察が騒いで誰かが逮捕されるところだが、なぜ私が大麻を知ってるかって？ここで教えてもらって記念に写真に撮った Plant of marijuana take picture of leaves to commemoration, this is first time I see leaves of marijuana.

	ヒンドゥ教のお寺にやってきました。 Arrive Hindu temple

	皆さんはお堂に供え物を持って並ぶ。皆さん靴を脱いでここは裸足で歩く。 People will line with gift to god, every body have to get off shoes before enter here
	私は通過しようとしてるだけだが詰めて並んでいるので通過できない私、この2ｍ四方のお堂に持って入ろうとしている、中にはロウソクの火が見えた。 I only cross people line but no space to pass cross the line, everybody want to go in this small 2 square meter small shrine. I saw candle inside when I pass in front.

	銀杏旅館に戻る方向に歩きます。山村の風景。 One of mountain village way back to Icho ryokan

	広い道をあるきます、ここは離合はできないがトラックも時折はバスも一日二回ほど通る。 Wider car road I saw few number of track and bus has schedule twice a day

	この女性は籠籠と共に道に倒れて気絶していた。重さ30ｋｇ程の草の入った籠の紐を頭にかけて頭の後ろに籠が来るように担いで石につまづいたのか倒れて地面で籠の重量ごと頭を打ったのだろう、額からは血がにじみ出てすりむいていた。沢で私の帽子に水を汲んできて顔や手を洗ってやったら気が着いてくれた。こうして立ち上がるまでに10分以上介抱、話かけても応答してくれないし、とりあえず何ともなさそうなので道端に座らせ放置して我々は先に歩く。 20分程歩いて遠くに小さく彼女が見えるくらいになったときに見てるとこの籠を担いで再び歩き出した、更に数十分歩いてると私達とは随分距離があったはずなのに追い越して行く。現地の人のパワーにびっくり。次の村落に着いたときは彼女は村の人と何やら話しながら歩いていた。首の赤い紐が結婚している証だと。
She was fall down and lose herself cage was around her , situation when she walk carrying cage over head and she hit one of stone so she fall down on the road but she has heavy cage like behind of her, heavy one, so she hit head by stone and cage was on her, she lose by herself, she had small damage and brad come out on head , I get water from river near here washed her hand face take care more than 10 minutes, After she wake up, we try to talk to her but she will not talk to us , short while she looks recover already so we leave her here we will walk to back home We walk 20 minutes she is very far we can see her very small behind of us , then she try to walk again with cage on head then in 10 minutes she will pass us, she walk faster than us, we have no bag no cage no load, but she is faster than us, I surprised power of native people her red necklace mean getting married already

	これが昼ごはんだが午後三時になったので夜は食べられなかった。 This is late lunch so I can not eat dinner tonight.

2016/4/27（水Wed)　山間部ラムチェ村へ Going mountain village Ramuche


今日は山村に行く日、銀杏旅館を朝6時半に出発、朝食を取らずに車で20分程、バネパの町までやってきました。カトマンズから出る一日一便の長距離バスは決まった町でしか停車しないので通り道のサンガでは乗せてくれない。バスに途中から乗る我々の席を確保するために先に代理の人をカトマンズのバスターミナルに行かせて有償で私達の座席を確保しここまで来る。 Depart Icho ryokan 6:30 before breakfast, in 20 minutes arrive Banepa town. long distance bus from Kathmandu is only one schedule in a day, and will stop scheduled bus stop only not stop at Sanga. we need seat for long distance bus trip so we ask someone to go bus park in Kathmandu early morning and buy ticket and get seat for us and come here Banepa for us,
	バネパの町中でトイレと言ったらここにあると路地を入ってきました黄色い看板を見ろと。 Arrived Banepa, I want to go toilet this yellow indicate toilet
	黄色い看板の先にあるトイレRs5￥5-。便器は水洗だが・・・水は当然出ない。 Yellow board give direction of toilet, toilet fare Rs5\5- flush type toilet but water will never come

	これがバス停、バス停の看板があるでなし、とりあえずこの辺りに止まると言う程度のバス停、知ってる人には判るが知らない人には全く判らない。荷物を持った人は車でここまで送ってもらってバスに乗り換える。中央部片側一車線は舗装してあるが路端側は無舗装、雨季は泥道になるだろう。 This is bus stop of Banepa town, but indication of bus stop was nothing only all bus will stop around here. many people come here by car , only middle of street asphalt pavement this waiting area is madly and not even surface , rainy day should be terribly

	時間があったので飯屋に入る、入り口でドーナツ状のパンを揚げている。右手の白い粉の混ぜたシャブシャブの白い水を手につけて油の中に円状に垂らして作る、手は洗う訳でも布で拭くわけでもなく、そのままで鉄の棒で形状を調整し揚げあがった処で隣の鍋に移す。 We have enough time to arrive bus so Visit eat shop, this old girl making doughnut style fried bread, her hand is white powder water but never make clean, she will touch everything no sanitary condition at all

	ゆで卵と揚げドーナツ、豆スープの朝食。スープは少ししかカレー味はついてなかった。 Ordered boiled egg and doughnut, but not old woman made. yellow soup taste little curry spicy

	バスが停車する度に入り口には乗り込む人が、開いた窓には売り子が集るように並ぶ When the time bus stopping many people gather and passenger come out, vender will visit window passenger

	ピーナッツやポップコーン、豆類の売り子が手押し車でやってくる。 Peanuts , pop , many kind of beans, and candy vender
	やってきました白いバスに乗るようです。知らない者にはどのバスか判らない Arrived our bus white one is the one, only native people get to know destination of bus every bus
	椅子は背もたれも座る所もしっかりしてなくて椅子ごと動きそうな取り付けも適当。 Seat is not complete, sofa and seat back is not fixed as if able to remove from bus

	40分程走った処で道端に停車、トイレ停車のようだ私も降りて用を足す、女性は向こうの山の方に入って行った。バネパを過ぎると道路は長い下り坂が続く。 40 minutes road going down after Banepa started, bus suddenly stopped here, look like toilet break, man will finish around bus but woman walk behind of small hill.
	街道沿いの喫茶店か？ Cafe around high way?

	この川の対岸の山を目指すようです。 We cross river bridge

	ここはちょっとした駐車場になっていて食べ物屋みやげ物屋が並んでいる、再びRs5\5払ってトイレに行く。 Small service area parking lot, many food shop and souvenir shop . I paid Rs5\5- to toilet

	揚げ物はいくつも種類がある。 Many kind of fried food
	早めにバスに戻ろう、運転手の気分しだいで発車するからだ。20分程停車。 Better to back to bus, they will start suddenly bus schedule only depend on driver, stopping around 20 minutes never confirm passenger.
	ここからは再び登り坂 Continue up hill road climbing
	道は次の別の川に沿って走るようだ Road along another river
	砂地の山が続く This area of mountain made of sand
	時折は川の砂利や砂を採取し積んでいる光景が見られる。 Sometimes loading sand or stone to dump track in the river
	時速60ｋｍ程度の速度で走ります。 Driving around 60km/h

	道路端がコンクリートでない場合は道路端表示がある Road end indicate block if road end is not concrete

	吊り橋や鉄の橋、それに流れ橋のような橋も沢山 Hanging bridge , iron bridge, sometimes flow bridge

	バスの最前列に座っていた若いイギリス人カップルはここで降りていったロッジか何かあるようだ English couple got off here, that house is lodge or some of accommodation

	村の商店街？車両左側通行の国だから右側は反対駐車なのだが誰も文句を言わない。 No one complaint opposite side parking, rule is left lane driving this country
	売っている商品の種類も量も多くないが生活に必要なものは最低限そろいそうだ Looks general store, not many kind but minimum food and goods for life
	この地域にしてはなだらかな段々畑 Gentry slope terraced fields this area
	鉄橋が見える I find iron bridge
	プールやバンガローがあるホテルのようだ。 Pool equipped hotel or lodge
	これから急流下りのラフティングをするのだろうか集まって説明を受けていた Reader explaining to people for river rafting

	風が吹いたら渡れないようなつり橋、大勢が一度に渡ると切れそう Can not walk windy day this hanging bridge or can not pass many people in one time
	そして対岸にもそれなりに畑があり家々がある。 and small village other side

	再び吊り橋が。 Hanging bridge again

	道路には大きな石が落ちてドナイするかと思っていたが上手く回避して通過 Big stone fell but driver pass detour

	ここも地震で崩れた山肌が見える。 This mountain collapsed by earth quake

	山半分全体が地震でゴソッと落ちたようだ。砂でできた山か？？ Half of mountain slide by earth quake, mountain consist sand ?

	ここからは地震で被害の大きな地域なのでゲートが設けてあるとか This is gatebar for enter damaged earth quake area

	車は右に止まっていても左に止まっていてもお互いにそれほどやかましくは言わない This track parking opposite side no one complaint
	山の中にしては大きな町 Pretty big village in this middle of mountain area

	道があると思えない狭い間からバスが突然出てきた。 I could not see any road but big bus appeared between house
	ヒマラヤ街道の入り口だとか、徒歩とバスでルクラまで続いているとか、私は「全ての道はローマに通じる」を思い出した。 Entrance of Himalayan road, connected Lukura by bus and walk
	露天や行商など交通の要衝なのか Lot of merchant, important village for road connection

	二階や三階建ての家々がある商店街 Building this area has 2nd floor or 3rd floor

	そんな町も通過して半時間ほど田舎道を再び走る We drive more half hour

	小さな村落 Small village

	この村落はあちこちにレンガが積み上げられて、地震で壊れたって事か Lot of block road side, collupsed house by earth quake

	ネパールは電柱のこの高さに変圧器が設置してあるカトマンズの町中でも田舎でも同じ Big electric transformer equipped this height in this country same as Kathmandu

	ここにダムがあって機能していたのだが、左手のダム湖の側は山全体が地震で崩れてダムが埋まってしまったと。 This is one of dam left side of this facility was dam lake but collapsed mountain sand occupied instead water

	山全体が地震で崩れたのでこの地域の家々も下に埋まり、まだ二千人ほどが埋まったままだと筋田氏は言った。 Sujita said big mountain collapsed from top of mountain so buried lot of house and 2000 of people still under soil, this road made after earth quake over village

	道路の凹凸がひどく土ぼこりがひどいのでゆっくり20分程も走っただろうか While driving dust will come in to bus so driver control move slowly 20 minutes this area
	どれほどの山が崩れたのか、左側の崩れた山側は見えないので帰りに撮ろう I can not imagine how bug how huge mountain collapsed

	山から崩れた土砂でダム湖になってしまった場所の水位が上がり水没した家が見えてきた Sand occupied river become dam lake then water level come up and house will sink in the dam lake

	地震で崩れた山の土砂で川が堰き止められて水位が上がり住めなくなった家々、ってことはこの道路も以前はもっと下を少なくとも何ｍか下を走っていたの？住民が大勢埋まったままだと言うのも納得。 Ghost house because water level rise up mean road was under water before earth quake, I can understand many people and houses under grand below some of meter here.

	バスはここバラビラが終点、11時半 Bus arrived Barabira terminal 11:30am

	宿の従業員の嫁のプリメラ、彼女は食事やその他の面倒を良く見てくれた。この時点でGPS機器は700ｍ程を示していた。ネパールにしては標高が高くない地域だ。 she is wife of worker in Icho ryokan, she prepare meal and take care house keeping, my GPS unit indicate 700m not high altitude

	これから昼食を取ると言うので筋田氏についていく、後ろのドアを開けているミニバンから日本人の日本語が聞こえた日本人が二人以上いるのだろうか日本語で話していた女性の声、筋田氏は「他にも現地の人を援助しに来ている人がいるんだ」と近くに居ながら日本人同士知っていそうな雰囲気だがお互いに声を掛けないのが不思議だった。私の常識ではお互いに日本人同士で情報交換するのだが、人それぞれだと思ったが後でその理由は判る。 We will have lunch Sujita said , I follow him, open rear door behind white car I can listen talking woman Japanese language, Sujita said other japanese helping Nepal people so they should know each other but they never talk each other I felt something stupid. everybody has different attitude and character I thought but I can get to know later.

	入った飲食店の入った所、椅子とテーブルは奥の向こうに見えているだけ、調理は客の通る通路でするようだ。 Range for cooking service foods,fuel is fire wood, two table and three chair we can see is everything
	ここは販売用に鍋を暖めて注文に応じて皿に盛る、後ろの棚にはビール類と水 Gas range for serve food or soup this table, behind is beer not only GORCA beer
	豆類とパンなら食べられそう、スプライトと共に美味しかった。甘いミルクティが付いていた。ここには珍しくスプライトがあった、スプライトは今まで私が寄った店では無かったのだ。 I can eat beans and bread, ordered with splite, this food include sweet milk tea like India
	筋田氏の昼食 Sujita had this lunch
	小学生くらいの子供が何やら言いながら行進している Many of small elementary school student marching

	筋田氏曰く、子供達はコンドームを使おうとキャンペーンしていると、本当なら私には異様な光景なのだが。小学校高学年位の10才前後の年齢だ。 Sujita said children has campaign people use condom waking with teacher, I feel this is strange scene.

Ramcheラムチェ村までここからインド製のジープで行ったオレンジ色の軌跡 Orange line is driving to Ramche village after get off bus

ここでも急坂だがもっと急峻になる登り始め、日本出発前のメールのやり取りではパジェロでも登れない急な坂と言うので期待していたのだが。
彼は大げさに言うのが好きなようだ。
This is steep slope next more steep, Sujita explained that 4WD jeep can not drive very steep slope drive before depart Japan by e-mail ,
I can drive none 4WD car, I get to know his story is overstate

こんな道を通って最後は10分程は歩いて登る右の階段道午後1時頃

山側には民家が何軒も、つまり上の民家から汚水を谷川に流すが、下流で飲用にする水も同じ谷川のこの位置から取水する。
In mountain side many houses they throw dirty water to river then lower house get water from same river for drinking

ここから見る南側対岸の山、半袖シャツでも少し暑い位の気候。標高1400ｍ
I feel little hot when I wear half sleeve shirt, this is south side view altitude 1400m

今は右端の旗のラムチェ村オレンジ色の場所にいる、旗が二つ表示の銀杏旅館からカトマンズは1時間程で行けるが
右端ラムチェ村へは何度も峠を超え道は川まで下るので6時間程掛かる
Left side is Kathmandu capital, I stay in Ramche orange line right flag, double flag is Icho ryokan accommodation,
way to Kathmandu is one hour, right side Ramche is 6 hour.


	対岸の集落が見える、山中にしては大きな町集落 Other side of mountain is lot of houses this village end of bus road is big village Barabila

	到着しましたラムチェ村、筋田氏はこの家の人と交流があるようだ、現地の人とベッドを並べて、私のベッドは一番手前、青いリュックを置いた。ベッド右手は2ｍ程の崖、ビニールは雨が降ったら山の段々の上の土が濡れてこちらに水が来ないようにする為か、これがこの辺りの普通の家らしい。 Arrived accommodation, my bed is this side blue bag, Sujita has connection with this family. right side is 2m cliff and vinyl cover is prepare water will come from above of cliff on rainy day､ this is ordinary house around here.

	向こう側の屋根は牛小屋、ここはそんなに寒くない暑いくらいだ。GPS機器ではここラムチェ村は標高1400ｍを指していた。筋田氏に言うと「そんなもんでしょうね」と自分のホームページに3000ｍと書いているのに気にならないらしい。 I can see cattle house roof, galvanized iron sheet is partition from chicken area, GPS unit indicate 1400m, I say it to him and answered "maybe such altitude is correct" as if he did not lie on his wabpages wrote Ramche is 3000m high.
	トイレ水は黒いタンクに川の水があって自分で流す Got water in black tank from river use after finish toilet , flush toilet but not automatically only by hand
	トイレ隣のシャワー室パイプは近くの谷川に伸びている、後から判ったがこの水が飲料水になっていたのだ Behind of toilet is shower room black pipe come from river, this water was for drinking I get to know it later

	午後3時頃に作ってくれた、ラーメンは昼食でも夕食でもなくておやつだそうな、ここでは10時頃に朝食、昼2～3時頃におやつ食、と夕食、食事時に近所の子供が来ていたら家族と同じ様に分け与える。食べるものが無くても村全体がお互い助け合いが自然にできる風習。 They made this food as snack , not lunch not dinner for native people, 10 am is breakfast, 2 or 3 pm they have snack, and dinner for native, when they have meal some of people such as neighbor children native provide for everybody as family every house help each other

	この右端の牛だけひよこ達といつ見ても仲良しだ、牛にも個性があり、牛と鶏との相性もあるのだろう Baby chicken get on always only cattle right side they are always friend , each cattle has different character then chicken and this cattle is good match each otter

	鶏も牛も眠ってしまった、のどかな午後のひととき、手前のヤギだけが動き回っていた Cattle and baby chicken slept well, only this goat has eating and active
	今夜の夕食はネパール食、卵と下のご飯少し、左上のカレー味ブロッコリーを口にする、この後、夜半にお腹がゴロゴロ、ビールも飲まなかったがぐっすり眠る。登る時にビールは冷えたのを買ってさめないように持っているのだが状況や体調を熟慮の上、飲まなかった。 Dinner is native food, my stomach has pain at midnight, in the evening before dinner feeling strange I have to consider situation so I did not drink beer, I bought when I had lunch and keeping child beer but not necessary,
