2009/12/9(Wed)　Go to see Tajimahal is main purpose of this trip, after that take night train to Munbai.

２００９年１２月９日　アグラでタージマハルを見た後、マツゥラまで普通列車で移動し、ムンバイまでの寝台急行ラジダニエクスプレスに乗る予定だ。

take train from Agra cant station map below. 午後に列車に乗るのは下の鉄道が合流したところにあるＡｇｒａ　Ｃａｎｔｔアグラカント駅、タージマハルは川の曲がった外側、地図右下のTAJIMAHAL

	hotel Gopal is walking distance to Tajimahal only few minutes, open 7am on decenber entrance fee 750rupee for foreigner.. ホテルゴーパルはタージマハルに近くて歩いて５分も掛からないで入口に行ける、構内は広くて野生のサルも居るタージマハル。１２月は入り口は朝７時から開いていたが夏は暑いから朝早くからオープンしているのだろうか外国人は７５０ルピー＝￥1500-の入場券
	entrance fee include one bottle of mineral water and shoes cover. 8am. and they provide shoe plastic cover for not bring sand dust by foot. 入場券と共にミネラルウォーターとタージマハルに入るときには中に靴の裏の土を持ち込まないように着ける靴カバーもくれる。門のところで入場券の半券を切ってくれる。入口の門も荘厳な構えだ。朝８時過ぎ。
	inside of entrance gate. one of young man age around 20 native said "I will guide for you if you want" I said "I will not pay are you OK?"he said"if guide is no good no pay up to you" I said "OK" he bought his own ticket entrance fee for native is cheep 50rupee maybe, he can enter many times in one day. ticket has time stamp. 入り口の門を入ったところ。このあたりで自分でガイドをしていると言う２０才くらいの若者が中を「案内する」と言ってきた。「お金は払わないよ」と言ったら「案内が気に入ったら払ってくれたら良いし気に入らなかったら無しでも良い」と言うので「それなら頼もう」となった。英語は自分で勉強したらしいが、日本語を勉強すればガイドとして働けると言ってやった。彼は自分で入場券（５０ルピーくらいか）を買って、観光客に話しかけて案内をして稼いでいる。入場券を持っていればその日は何度でも入れるようだ。
	7am already many people. I understand too many people afternoon. 朝早いのに観光客もぞろぞろ、午後は混んでいると言うのが判る。
	we can see Tajimahal from･････this･･････gate, find ! タージマハルを見るには更に門をくぐる。この門をくぐると見えるはずだが・・・・見えてきました。
	sometimes Tajimahal has foggy in the morning due to locate beside of big river but not foggy today. can not see if foggy day so recommend afternoon visit but lot of visitor. 大きな川の横なので朝は霧がかかっていることがあるが、今日は大丈夫だ。霧が濃い日は全く見えないので混んでいても午後の観光を薦めるが訪問者も多い。
	from gate distance less than 1km this is not fog this is smog? we can see up side down Tajimahal on surface of water. 門からタージマハルまで１ｋｍも無いが霞が掛かってる。水面に逆さに移るのが対照的。
	"pull up top of Tajimahal" guide said. I wear winter coat, I need this coat in India which I use December in Japan ガイドが「タージマハルの先をつまめ」と言うので、ちょっと引っ張ってみた。今は１２月、日本で空港までの道中着ていたジャンパーをインドで着ている。朝はそれくらい寒い。

	people wear vinyl shoes cover, surface of floor shinning, but level of flatness is not good, when rainy day many small pools here. 靴カバーをつけて歩くが、床面も光るほどに磨いてある。見えてるのは隣の廟。床全体の平均水平度はイマイチ保たれて無いように見えるし雨が降ったらあちこちに少し雨が溜まると思う。
	guide ask me to show souvenir shop outside of rear gate, after souvenir shop guide can not find ticket to return Tajimahal, he ask me to pass another road to return main entrance gate, according guide book guide ask another road and call thief like this, finally he find ticket from his pocket after we arrive main entrance gate. ガイド彼が裏門から出て土産屋を案内すると言うので見に行ったが・・・、再び門から入るときにガイドの彼は入場券が見つからない。それでタージマハルの外側の民家の間の道路を通って正門に行くことに。実際には後から彼のポケットから見つかった。こうして理由をつけて路地に観光客を連れ込み仲間を呼んで貴重品を巻き上げる、と案内書の注意書きに書いてあった。

	entrance of house? inside of this house has another road. this is maze. 民家のドアが開いていたので中を覗くと、向こう側にも路地が。迷路のようだ。
	crowded small house this area, road will turn and turn and going down, I thought where we will go, but he is waiting me, 民家も混んでいる中で路地になってる一本道は階段で左下に降りるが・・・正面は民家の扉。心の中では「うそやん、どこかに連れ込むのと違うん？」と叫んでいた。
	is this OK for me? guide ask continue to follow him. I confirm no other people around here. I am wondering are you all right? is there any bad guy around here , I look around then I decide to go with him. 左へ降りる階段を私が躊躇していると、「早く来い」とガイドの彼は呼んでいる。あの顔つきと言い、「本当に大丈夫かいな」、周りには飛び掛りそうなやつが居ないか再度確認して、覚悟を決める。
	I return to arrive main entrance of Tajimahal, I paid 150rupee to guide. other guide and camel look for passenger. 誰にも襲われずに正門にたどり着いた。らくだが観光客を求めて歩いている。ガイドには１５０ルピー=\300-渡してここで分かれた。
	I get back from Tajimahal, I ordered chai, not coffee, this is milk tea, already very sweet, but they serve additional sugar. many foreigner westernized people buy big motorbike and trip around India in few month. 無事に帰れたのでホッとして、近くのホテルでチャイを飲む。甘すぎて飲めないミルクティだが更に砂糖が出てくる。欧米人は大きなバイクを買って何ヶ月もインドを観光して廻ってる、外にあるのはホテルの客のバイクだろうか。
	white young lady around 20 ask me to help the way go back her hotel, she loose her position, I saw her at walking alone. Naty and I will send her hotel by his tricycle. her hotel had coffee shop COSTA. メルボルンから来たと言う２０才くらいの白人女性が道に迷って私に地理が判るか聞いてきた。不案内で怖がっていたのでナーティと二人でホテルまで送ってやった。彼女のホテルにはCOSTAなどの知ってるコーヒー店があった。朝早くからタージマハルで一人で歩いてたのを見かけた女性だ連絡先も交換せずに終了。

	checked out hotel Gopal at 11am, paid 500rupee\1000- no tip here. ホテルゴーパルを１１時にチェックアウトする、チップは支払わず５００ルピー＝￥1000-しか払わなかった。
	picture at hotel lobby, I wait here tricycle driver Narty, asked to to Agra cant railway station earlier, he said "Agra and Matsura has many many many train !, I expect train every hour of every two hour. ロビーにあったインドの昔を描いた絵。昨日と同じガイド兼三輪車運転手のナーティと待ち合わせ、AGURAアグラからマトゥラまで列車で行くのに早めに行きたいと言ったら、アグラとマツゥラ間は沢山列車が走ってると「many many many train」と言っていた、１時間毎か少なくとも２時間毎位には列車が走ってるだろうと思った。
	tricycle driver Narty is friendly, he always said "good friend" when he negotiate money, he become tough negotiator. he has lot of time to negotiate. but I have limited time I have schedule for train. 人懐っこいナーティＮＡＴＹは「グッドフレンド」と繰り返すが受け取るお金を多くする交渉はしぶとくていつまでも話がとまらない。お金を払わないと駅まで送ってくれないし、困ったが最初は値段は自分で決めてくれと言っていたくせに言った価格が気に入らないといつまでもしぶとく食い下がる、時間は彼らには無制限にあるが私には限りがある。
	Agra cantt railway station. I paid to Narty then he said buy train ticket by yourself after paid not friendly not kind anymore, he will say good friend many times and be a good friend while he expect more pay. he leave from me soon after paid, I bought ticket Agra to Matsura by my self but not easy, poeple will not make line to purchace ticket at ticket window. チップをやっても駅まで送ると「自分で切符を買え」と冷たい、チップさえもらったら以降のサービスは無い、私に「グッドフレンド」と繰り返していたのは何だ！！切符購入窓口は誰も列にならずに強いもの勝ちの世界、窓口の正面に居る私を無視して大きな声で金を出して先に切符を買おうとする、何とか私を相手にしてくれた係員からチケットを買った。これがＡＧＲＡ－ＣＡＮＴＴアグラカント駅のプラットホーム。
	this old man able to speak English, going to Matsura, ask him to show his ticket, indicate same destination. his ticket is half price of me, he said "senior price" I said "I am 60" he said "60 is not senior" he is 67. この英語の話せる老人を見つけて尋ねると彼はマトゥラまで行くと言う、念のために切符を見せてもらったら行き先が私と同じ印字でホッとした。彼は私の半額くらいの切符、６７歳でシニアだから安いのだと。私も６０歳だと言ったら６０歳はシニアでないと英語で説明してくれた。
	rajidani express ticket Mathura to Munbai 1244km night train. include 2 meal original price 1500rupee, but I paid 3000rupee to tourist office at Delhi このチケットでマトゥラからムンバイまで1244kmの夜行寝台に乗る。デリーのロイアルホリデーツアーに３０００ルピー払ったがネットで申し込めば１５００ルピー＝￥3000-でベッドと車内食付きだ。 ticket between Agra cantt to Mathura 3rd class non aircon 4rupee\8-, I lined at ticket office many times many native break between line , I said to teller Mahura third class , アグラから４０分程のマトゥラまでエアコン無し三等車の切符を４ルピー＝８円で買った。この切符は駅の券買客の長い列に並んで何人もの現地人に割り込まれながら窓口で「マツゥラ　サードクラス」と言って買った。
	ticket office said "platform 2" this picture indicate Hindu language, I don't understand. this indicator change language Hindu and English every few minutes but not easy to understand for me.. 切符を買った時の駅員はプラットホーム２と言っていたが駅の電光表示はヒンドゥ語、判りません。でも英語と切り替えて表示してるが判りにくいことに変わりない。
	foreigner price is 10 times expensive than ordinary price, I asked they have foreigner price and ordinary price, but he can not understand English. people wear long sleeve sometime wear winter coat at this season. usually I can not find people wear half sleeve. 現地の人が買う品物は我々の常識より随分安いから１０倍の外国人価格で売られても「こんなもんかなぁ」と思ってしまう。随分大き目のお金を出しておつりをくれるが外国人用の価格なのか良く判らない。でも外国人と判ると外人価格で売るのが当り前になっているようだ。今まで旅行者が話が通じる所は大抵は外国人用の価格があったが、この売店でもあるか聞いたが、英語が通じなかった。１２月だから長袖を着ていたり冬に着るジャンパーを着てる人も、この時期は半袖の人は昼間でも珍しい。私には昼間は半袖でちょうど良い気温なのだが。
	I try to find English speaker, but everybody can not, only old boy who I talked. 向かいのホームに列車が入ってきた。色んな人に声掛けるが英語を話す人は先ほどの老人だけだ。
this is long long train, more than 50 cars. 俺の乗る列車は来るのだろうか？。どの列車も何十両も引いてる。長いのは５０両くらいありそう。	1分半MVI_0245.AVIＡＧＲＡ－ＣＡＮＴＴ駅の列車の通過をごらんください。
	I can read number as price but contents indicate Hindu language, unable to understand. 数字は読めるがヒンドゥ語で書いてある果物の名前と販売単位が読めないので全く判らない。お腹も少し空いてるし買っても良いのだが便意をもよおして汚いトイレに荷物は持ち込みたくないし、なるべくお腹を満腹にしない事にした。一人旅の弱みだ。
	already 2 hour delay from schedule, arrive train but not my train maybe. what does mean many many train Narty said. また新しいディーゼルカーが入ってきたが私が乗るのとは違うらしい、この時点で列車発車予定時刻より２時間遅れている。
	manytime arrive train, many people go in and out, iron-barred window avoid passenger get in out from window. announced Hindu and English but I can not understand meaning of English, Old man explained to me, my train will change platform, we go down to pass rail from platform, cross rail road walk over excrement and climb up next platform, height more than 1m, not easy, some of person will pass cross bridge who can not climb up such as pregnant woman or small children. 列車が入るたびにホームはドッと混む。窓に格子があるが皆は窓から出入りするのだろうか、たぶんそうだ。どの列車もこのタイプの車両は常に混んでいるエアコン無し三等車。格子がとれてしまった窓は木が打ち付けてある。ホームの表示はヒンドゥ語、と時刻
	遅れてる列車の新しい到着予定時刻の１０分前にホーム変更のアナウンスがあった。英語のアナウンスは英語であることが辛うじて判るが内容は聞き取れない。老人と一緒にホームを移動するが車両のトイレが垂れ流しの線路にはゴミやウンコが散乱、注意してレールをまたぎ再びこのホームに上がるが足を掛けるステップなど無い。ホームの高さは１ｍ以上あるから荷物を先にホームに放り上げて、コンクリート面をよじ登るが身長171ｃｍの私でも簡単ではない。陸橋を渡ってくる人は、どうしても線路に降りて渡れない人だけ、殆どの人は線路を渡る。レールとレールの間にある手すり状のものは列車に給水する給水口。車両は色んな種類があるので何処に停っても給水できるようになっている。
Train running behind schedule, announced new arrival time , 10 minutes before new arrival time announced again arrive another plat form. I walk to change with old guy cross railway and go up plat form again it is not easy to climb up 1m high plat form from railway surface. passenger walking over bridge is people who unable to cross railway.such as pregnant woman or very old peoples, hold bar between railway is water feed facility to train , they have many size and many kind of difference train it has different position of water tank so this bar is water feed valve equipped every one meter.
	move platform 10 minutes before arrival time we wait 40 minutes, our train arrived, after this picture I can not take picture, entrance of train will crowed extremely, many people try to go out from train at door but some of young people force to pass to go in earlier than other passenger outside, I wanted to pull there waist belt to pull out but I am foreigner here, I can not imagine when something happen if lower educated people doing something no one will help me. this is another world, I should to know it before action even I am right. 到着予定の１０分前にホーム移動してから、更に４０分経過、やっと列車が着たがこれから地獄のような混雑の乗り降りが始まる。これはまだ少し列車が動いている。これ以降は写真を撮っていたら乗れない。カメラをポケットに厳重にしまう。狭い出入口から大勢が押し合いながら降りてる最中に降りる人を押しのけて自分だけが先に入ろうと無理やり乗り込む若者が何人もいた。私は彼らのベルトを引っ張って引きずり降ろそうかと衝動に駆られた。でもここでは私は旅行者、　目立つ事をするのは良くないと思っておとなしくしていた。彼らは教育レベルが低いだけだろうが、余りの酷さにレベルの低い動物のように感じてしまう。違う世界か、これがこの地域の現状なのだ。
	everybody insist to get in train, yellow shirts sitting cargo rack above the seat.. 混んだ車内に無理やり乗り込んだ。右の黄色いシャツの男は座席の上の荷物棚に座っている。
	sitting overlap this seat should be 4 person, already sit 5 adults and 3 children opposite seat total 15 passenger, and 8 full passenger on a cargo rack above. 家族連れは重なって乗っている。この席は４人掛けだが、大人５人と子供が３人。対座シートだからここには１５人以上居ることになる。もちろん15人以外に頭の上の荷物置きには大人が両向かいに８人座ってる。
I was thinking meaning of "many many many train" driver Narty said. my train delayed many hours, this means 3 train in a day or less, maybe he said 3 times of many, so 3 train in a day this is India.. 混んだ列車の中でガイドのナーティが言っていた列車の本数が沢山あると言った「many many many」の意味を考えていた。この調子では１日に３列車あったら良い方だ、彼の言っているmanyの意味が違うのか？manyを３回言っていたから１日に３列車の事なのか？たぶんそうなのだ、ここはインドだ。
	people get off the shoes put on a cage of electric fan, avoid shoes bottom sand will fall to head of passenger below. fan did not ON, below is ordinary passenger seat, I have no space to stand in this corridor, as if I carry with mountain back pack to go in rush hour of Tokyo metropolitan subway. 天井の扇風機に靴を載せてるのは荷物棚に座っている人は下の人に靴のゴミが落ちないように靴を脱いで扇風機に載せるのか？。扇風機は廻ってないから良いが廻ってるときはどないなるやら。東京山手線のラッシュアワーに大きなリュックを背負って乗りこんだ感じで混んでいて立つ場所も見つからない。黄色いシャツの男は荷物棚の上に座っている
	very crowded train, old woman said something Hindu, but I understand "sorry pass me" and she asking donation ???. 混んでいる時に「ごめんよ、ごめんよ」と言いながら、彼女はヒンドゥ語だが「ごめんよ」は雰囲気で判る。皆から寄付を集めに来た。？？？
	she will start to sing a song in crowd train, after sing she asking money. I give 5rupee. 黄シャツの荷物棚に座る男と、下の男は通常の乗客椅子に座っている。こんなに混んでいるのに太鼓に合わせて歌を歌いだすばあさん。このあと皆からお金を集めだしたので私は５ルピーを器に入れました。でも皆さんは無料で動画をMVI_0270.AVI太鼓と独唱をお楽しみください。
	they can not put shoes on a cage of electric fan, is this rack for passenger? not cargo? four seat number we can read seat below, but already sitting 6 people in 3 seat number.　above cargo space has not seat number it should be, maybe. I am not sure. Anyway this is India. 扇風機に靴を乗せられなかった人は靴のまま乗っている。荷物台に乗っていると思っているのは私だけか？でも上の棚には座席番号は無いから荷物棚のハズなのだが。それとも上の棚は本当は人が座る？？こちら側もシートは７人以上が座っている。座席の番号が各シートに４つあるから４人掛けのはずだが３つの番号だけで既に６人の顔が見える。残り１つのハズだが２人以上座っていそうだ、私はインドにいるのだと実感した。
	measuring peanuts, 3 times amount of this picture is 5rupee, when eat we throw shell to floor I asked to eat together to other person, other person almost did not understand English, talking with body language, many times "say again, more than half of passenger can not understand English, I ordered peanuts she wrapped one order by used newspaper, I wondering 50rupie or 20rupie paper money, one of boy sitting cargo rack telling me "5rupie"\10us$0 .1-, taste good nice smell well roasted crispy peanuts. 更にピーナッツ売りが来る、石ころを乗せて落花生の重さを量り売っているが乗客でとんでもなく混んでいるのです。価格が判らなかったので５０ルピー札か２０ルピー札にしようか迷ってると上の荷物棚の若者が５ルピー＝10円と言ってくれた。１０ｃｍ四方の新聞紙に包んで渡してくれるが殻は床に捨てる。こんなに混んでいても商売してる、頭が下がります。石を乗せて落花生を追加して５ルピーで写真の３倍程の量を包んでくれるローストしてあって中身は小さいが香ばしく美味しかった。私の周りの人にも食べるように誘って皆でわいわい言いながら食べた。先ほどから話している老人以外はここでも英語が半分も通じない人が殆ど、だが手振りを交えて話すとかなり理解できる、旅の醍醐味だ。すると若者も分けの判らない英語で何か言おうとしてくれるが「ワカラナイ～、もう一度アゲイン」やはり判らない
	I can not get seat but I sit on rice bag, I put my bag on a rack above. it is not easy to thief and escape because too crowded train. this is not hot season, no sweat inside of train, I enjoyed to talk other passenger. train travel should be 40 minutes farmer area, good wind come in from window this is good season none aircon car , December is enjoyable. 混んでいてもしばらくすると皆が落ち着く。私はシートに座れなかったが誰かが床に置いていた米袋に座って、リュックサックは荷物棚の上に立てて置いた。これだけ混んでいたら盗って行くのも困難だ。４０分ほど田園地帯を列車が軽快に走るとマトゥラ駅に着くはず。窓の外は緑が広がるが耕してあるのか良く判らない。庶民の乗る３等車両は窓の鉄の格子を通して外が見える。真夏でないこの季節はエアコン付き車両より楽しい。
	everybody said "arrived Mathura" I get off, but I want to confirm this station. I am looking for indication of station name. but can not find anywhere. I can not trust until I look indicate it somewhere. 皆に「マトゥラ」と言われて降りた。どこかにマトゥラと書いた看板はないか捜す事に。地図でも、前もって聞いた駅員にも次の駅だと確認してるが表示を見るまでは安心できない。
writing Mathura in Hindu? マトゥラと書いてあるのかヒンドゥ語では読めない	列車を降りた人は列車が出て行くと駅舎を通らないで思い思いの方向に線路をまたいで歩いていく駅には改札はない。 I said good bye to old man, we say"maybe we will not see in future, let's keep good health and have longer life each other. ", I shake hand with him. 一緒に乗ってきた老人とは「二度と逢うこともないだろうが元気で長生きしてね」とお互いにいたわりの言葉を交わし握手をして別れた。
	find name of station, outside of station building ありました、ホッとしてるところ。駅舎の外側の道路から見える所に駅の名前が掲げてありました。最後のＪNは何の意味か？

	big station has hotel room called "retirement room" 400rupee/night or we can order even only take shower. 少し大きな駅では列車から降りた人が休憩したり泊まったりするリタイヤメントルームとがある。１泊４００ルピー＝￥800-で安いしシャワーだけも出来る。
	did not approved take a picture inside of room. リタイヤメントルームの中の写真を撮ろうとしたら「だめだ」と言われてここまでしか撮れなかった。
	entrance of 2nd floor retiring room, I asked station staff direction of Rajidani express going Munbai with my ticket , first boy said right but next staff said left, I will more confuse every time I asked , they are not interest anything any information if not necessary for them, I get to know that I can not count on them anything. リタイアリングルームの入り口、上に書いてあるヒンドゥ語は読めねぇ。駅員に私の乗るラジダニエキスプレスはどちら向けに走って来るのか切符を見せて尋ねたが駅員によって言う事が違う、聞くだけ無駄な事を悟る。トラブルになって困っても誰も当てに出来ないであろう世界を実感する。言葉が通じなくても全て自分で解決しなければならないと覚悟！。
	2nd class waiting room has air conditioner and making list and check ticket at entrance of waiting room. staff did not complaint when I show my ticket AC3 is air conditioned 3rd class car ticket. ２等車待合室の部屋があったので入った、中にある絵、待合室でも入り口で切符を見て記録を着けている。私の持ってる切符はＡＣ３でエアコン３等車だが文句は言わなかった。
	holy animal of Hindu on a platform, so dirty something come out on platform here. ヒンドゥ教では牛は神聖な動物、犬が繋がれてるようにホームに牛が繋がれてます。もちろんホームの上に糞も尿もします。
	put reservation passenger name listed. I don't know for what train. anyway I can not find my name here. 列車の予約客の名前がこうして張り出されるのだが、私の名前があるかは不明。どの列車の分の予約かも不明。とりあえず私の名前はなかった。
	near ticket office beside of kiosk. in the bucket hey or grass. ほら、ここにも居ました。切符売り場近くの駅舎の中の売店横です。バケツには草などの牛の餌が入ってる？
In Japan most of train direction is same if same platform, many train arrive and depart in one platform here but many times different direction of departure here. Rajidani express carry more than 20 car, arrive 18:38 at Mathura station, this type of train can not pass between car while running. if I get on wrong car I can not take meal because meal provide soon after start Mathura station. Just arrive my train I find one of navy uniform solder , I try to talk him , he will back from his home and he know right direction of my train, he had reservation in same train, then I try to go right place to my car and arrived just on time when train arrived,. 列車の来る方向は日本では一つのホームでは大体は決まってるが、ここでは１時間に何本も来る列車は、いずれも進行方向が違う。ラジダニエキスプレスは２０両以上連結しているので私の指定車両の位置が列車の進行方向によってホームで待つ場所が随分違う。到着直前に海軍の制服を来た同じ列車に乗ると言う若者に話した、里帰りから戻る途中で指定席の切符を持っていて正しい列車方向を知っていた。方向が判って検討をつけて走ったら列車が来て止まる時に指定車両の場所に間に合った。混んだホームでは荷物を持って大変な思い。そんな苦労をして不安な中ですっかり暗くなった１８時３８分ＭＡＴＨＵＲＡ駅発のラジダニエキスプレスに乗りました。列車の停車時間は数分だった。

AC mean air conditioned. 彼が私の切符を確認して書き込んでいた。文句を言わなかったから正しい列車車両の正しい席に座っているはず。　列車はニューデリー駅始発だから他の乗客は３時間程前から乗っている。このＡＣ３等は車両間が移動できたが下の等級の車両は移動できない。乗る時に車両を間違えると指定した席に着けないからマトゥラを出て直ぐに出た食事に間に合わない事に。マトゥラは１８時３８分発、次の駅に止まったのは２時間後の２０時３７分だ。　私の切符は２９５４便ＡＣ３のＢ４車両の４１番が指定席。　　ＡＣはエアコンの略

	after dinner, my bed is below but I ask someone want change bed to up, he said "yes I want" I go up to bed soon, so he started to pray , train going to south, so right side is direction of Mecca? he is Muslim 食事の後、私の切符の指定は下段の寝台だが上段に替わろうかと言うと、喜んで「うん」と言ったので直ぐに上に行った。すると私が上に行くのを待っていたようにモスリムオジサン達は順番にお祈りを始めた。列車は南下してるから右がメッカの方角か？。床にお祈り用敷物を敷いて四つん這いでお祈りをしている。彼の左右は一番下の両側のベッド（昼間は椅子になる部分）。

	no paper at toilet, Left side green light indicate water tank available. black cup will get water to wash after toilet. put black cup pour water automatically if no water in black cup, I wounded what people will do if shake train while use toilet woman, there is no hand hold around this room. 夜中のトイレ、和式と同じだが紙は無い。ひょうたんの形の部分が凹んでいる。男はおしっこを先にしてから大を？。女は壁に向かっておしっこをしてから１８０度向きを変えるのか？緑のランプはタンクに水がある表示らしい、水は左下の黒いカップを載せてカップに水が無い時のみ自動的に注がれる。私は用を済ませた後、右手で尻を洗うことに。黒いカップは下が丸いので下に置くと転がる。黒いカップを何度も洗ってから使った。列車が揺れている時は持つ所がないので辛い。トイレはいつも考えさせられる場所だ。

Indian style. 夜中２時頃に停車した田舎の駅。車内のアナウンスも無いが夜中に停車する駅で降りる人は降りていった。ホームにも駅の名前など表示が無いが彼らは判るのだろうか？インドの列車は通常的に遅延が、それも１０時間の遅延もあると言う。知っている人は良く判るが知らない人には全く判らないか判る努力をしても非常に判りにくいのがインド。

	inside of entrance gate. one of young man age around 20 native said "I will guide for you if you want" I said "I will not pay are you OK?"he said"if guide is no good no pay up to you" I said "OK" he bought his own ticket entrance fee for native is cheep 50rupee maybe, he can enter many times in one day. ticket has time stamp. 入り口の門を入ったところ。このあたりで自分でガイドをしていると言う２０才くらいの若者が中を「案内する」と言ってきた。「お金は払わないよ」と言ったら「案内が気に入ったら払ってくれたら良いし気に入らなかったら無しでも良い」と言うので「それなら頼もう」となった。英語は自分で勉強したらしいが、日本語を勉強すればガイドとして働けると言ってやった。彼は自分で入場券（５０ルピーくらいか）を買って、観光客に話しかけて案内をして稼いでいる。入場券を持っていればその日は何度でも入れるようだ。

	I get back from Tajimahal, I ordered chai, not coffee, this is milk tea, already very sweet, but they serve additional sugar. many foreigner westernized people buy big motorbike and trip around India in few month. 無事に帰れたのでホッとして、近くのホテルでチャイを飲む。甘すぎて飲めないミルクティだが更に砂糖が出てくる。欧米人は大きなバイクを買って何ヶ月もインドを観光して廻ってる、外にあるのはホテルの客のバイクだろうか。
	white young lady around 20 ask me to help the way go back her hotel, she loose her position, I saw her at walking alone. Naty and I will send her hotel by his tricycle. her hotel had coffee shop COSTA. メルボルンから来たと言う２０才くらいの白人女性が道に迷って私に地理が判るか聞いてきた。不案内で怖がっていたのでナーティと二人でホテルまで送ってやった。彼女のホテルにはCOSTAなどの知ってるコーヒー店があった。朝早くからタージマハルで一人で歩いてたのを見かけた女性だ連絡先も交換せずに終了。

	picture at hotel lobby, I wait here tricycle driver Narty, asked to to Agra cant railway station earlier, he said "Agra and Matsura has many many many train !, I expect train every hour of every two hour. ロビーにあったインドの昔を描いた絵。昨日と同じガイド兼三輪車運転手のナーティと待ち合わせ、AGURAアグラからマトゥラまで列車で行くのに早めに行きたいと言ったら、アグラとマツゥラ間は沢山列車が走ってると「many many many train」と言っていた、１時間毎か少なくとも２時間毎位には列車が走ってるだろうと思った。
	tricycle driver Narty is friendly, he always said "good friend" when he negotiate money, he become tough negotiator. he has lot of time to negotiate. but I have limited time I have schedule for train. 人懐っこいナーティＮＡＴＹは「グッドフレンド」と繰り返すが受け取るお金を多くする交渉はしぶとくていつまでも話がとまらない。お金を払わないと駅まで送ってくれないし、困ったが最初は値段は自分で決めてくれと言っていたくせに言った価格が気に入らないといつまでもしぶとく食い下がる、時間は彼らには無制限にあるが私には限りがある。

I paid to Narty then he said buy train ticket by yourself after paid not friendly not kind anymore, he will say good friend many times and be a good friend while he expect more pay. he leave from me soon after paid, I bought ticket Agra to Matsura by my self but not easy, poeple will not make line to purchace ticket at ticket window. チップをやっても駅まで送ると「自分で切符を買え」と冷たい、チップさえもらったら以降のサービスは無い、私に「グッドフレンド」と繰り返していたのは何だ！！切符購入窓口は誰も列にならずに強いもの勝ちの世界、窓口の正面に居る私を無視して大きな声で金を出して先に切符を買おうとする、何とか私を相手にしてくれた係員からチケットを買った。これがＡＧＲＡ－ＣＡＮＴＴアグラカント駅のプラットホーム。
	this old man able to speak English, going to Matsura, ask him to show his ticket, indicate same destination. his ticket is half price of me, he said "senior price" I said "I am 60" he said "60 is not senior" he is 67. この英語の話せる老人を見つけて尋ねると彼はマトゥラまで行くと言う、念のために切符を見せてもらったら行き先が私と同じ印字でホッとした。彼は私の半額くらいの切符、６７歳でシニアだから安いのだと。私も６０歳だと言ったら６０歳はシニアでないと英語で説明してくれた。

	foreigner price is 10 times expensive than ordinary price, I asked they have foreigner price and ordinary price, but he can not understand English. people wear long sleeve sometime wear winter coat at this season. usually I can not find people wear half sleeve. 現地の人が買う品物は我々の常識より随分安いから１０倍の外国人価格で売られても「こんなもんかなぁ」と思ってしまう。随分大き目のお金を出しておつりをくれるが外国人用の価格なのか良く判らない。でも外国人と判ると外人価格で売るのが当り前になっているようだ。今まで旅行者が話が通じる所は大抵は外国人用の価格があったが、この売店でもあるか聞いたが、英語が通じなかった。１２月だから長袖を着ていたり冬に着るジャンパーを着てる人も、この時期は半袖の人は昼間でも珍しい。私には昼間は半袖でちょうど良い気温なのだが。

	I can read number as price but contents indicate Hindu language, unable to understand. 数字は読めるがヒンドゥ語で書いてある果物の名前と販売単位が読めないので全く判らない。お腹も少し空いてるし買っても良いのだが便意をもよおして汚いトイレに荷物は持ち込みたくないし、なるべくお腹を満腹にしない事にした。一人旅の弱みだ。
	already 2 hour delay from schedule, arrive train but not my train maybe. what does mean many many train Narty said. また新しいディーゼルカーが入ってきたが私が乗るのとは違うらしい、この時点で列車発車予定時刻より２時間遅れている。
	manytime arrive train, many people go in and out, iron-barred window avoid passenger get in out from window. announced Hindu and English but I can not understand meaning of English, Old man explained to me, my train will change platform, we go down to pass rail from platform, cross rail road walk over excrement and climb up next platform, height more than 1m, not easy, some of person will pass cross bridge who can not climb up such as pregnant woman or small children. 列車が入るたびにホームはドッと混む。窓に格子があるが皆は窓から出入りするのだろうか、たぶんそうだ。どの列車もこのタイプの車両は常に混んでいるエアコン無し三等車。格子がとれてしまった窓は木が打ち付けてある。ホームの表示はヒンドゥ語、と時刻
	遅れてる列車の新しい到着予定時刻の１０分前にホーム変更のアナウンスがあった。英語のアナウンスは英語であることが辛うじて判るが内容は聞き取れない。老人と一緒にホームを移動するが車両のトイレが垂れ流しの線路にはゴミやウンコが散乱、注意してレールをまたぎ再びこのホームに上がるが足を掛けるステップなど無い。ホームの高さは１ｍ以上あるから荷物を先にホームに放り上げて、コンクリート面をよじ登るが身長171ｃｍの私でも簡単ではない。陸橋を渡ってくる人は、どうしても線路に降りて渡れない人だけ、殆どの人は線路を渡る。レールとレールの間にある手すり状のものは列車に給水する給水口。車両は色んな種類があるので何処に停っても給水できるようになっている。
Train running behind schedule, announced new arrival time , 10 minutes before new arrival time announced again arrive another plat form. I walk to change with old guy cross railway and go up plat form again it is not easy to climb up 1m high plat form from railway surface. passenger walking over bridge is people who unable to cross railway.such as pregnant woman or very old peoples, hold bar between railway is water feed facility to train , they have many size and many kind of difference train it has different position of water tank so this bar is water feed valve equipped every one meter.
	move platform 10 minutes before arrival time we wait 40 minutes, our train arrived, after this picture I can not take picture, entrance of train will crowed extremely, many people try to go out from train at door but some of young people force to pass to go in earlier than other passenger outside, I wanted to pull there waist belt to pull out but I am foreigner here, I can not imagine when something happen if lower educated people doing something no one will help me. this is another world, I should to know it before action even I am right. 到着予定の１０分前にホーム移動してから、更に４０分経過、やっと列車が着たがこれから地獄のような混雑の乗り降りが始まる。これはまだ少し列車が動いている。これ以降は写真を撮っていたら乗れない。カメラをポケットに厳重にしまう。狭い出入口から大勢が押し合いながら降りてる最中に降りる人を押しのけて自分だけが先に入ろうと無理やり乗り込む若者が何人もいた。私は彼らのベルトを引っ張って引きずり降ろそうかと衝動に駆られた。でもここでは私は旅行者、　目立つ事をするのは良くないと思っておとなしくしていた。彼らは教育レベルが低いだけだろうが、余りの酷さにレベルの低い動物のように感じてしまう。違う世界か、これがこの地域の現状なのだ。

	sitting overlap this seat should be 4 person, already sit 5 adults and 3 children opposite seat total 15 passenger, and 8 full passenger on a cargo rack above. 家族連れは重なって乗っている。この席は４人掛けだが、大人５人と子供が３人。対座シートだからここには１５人以上居ることになる。もちろん15人以外に頭の上の荷物置きには大人が両向かいに８人座ってる。
I was thinking meaning of "many many many train" driver Narty said. my train delayed many hours, this means 3 train in a day or less, maybe he said 3 times of many, so 3 train in a day this is India.. 混んだ列車の中でガイドのナーティが言っていた列車の本数が沢山あると言った「many many many」の意味を考えていた。この調子では１日に３列車あったら良い方だ、彼の言っているmanyの意味が違うのか？manyを３回言っていたから１日に３列車の事なのか？たぶんそうなのだ、ここはインドだ。

	very crowded train, old woman said something Hindu, but I understand "sorry pass me" and she asking donation ???. 混んでいる時に「ごめんよ、ごめんよ」と言いながら、彼女はヒンドゥ語だが「ごめんよ」は雰囲気で判る。皆から寄付を集めに来た。？？？
	she will start to sing a song in crowd train, after sing she asking money. I give 5rupee. 黄シャツの荷物棚に座る男と、下の男は通常の乗客椅子に座っている。こんなに混んでいるのに太鼓に合わせて歌を歌いだすばあさん。このあと皆からお金を集めだしたので私は５ルピーを器に入れました。でも皆さんは無料で動画をMVI_0270.AVI太鼓と独唱をお楽しみください。

Anyway this is India. 扇風機に靴を乗せられなかった人は靴のまま乗っている。荷物台に乗っていると思っているのは私だけか？でも上の棚には座席番号は無いから荷物棚のハズなのだが。それとも上の棚は本当は人が座る？？こちら側もシートは７人以上が座っている。座席の番号が各シートに４つあるから４人掛けのはずだが３つの番号だけで既に６人の顔が見える。残り１つのハズだが２人以上座っていそうだ、私はインドにいるのだと実感した。
	measuring peanuts, 3 times amount of this picture is 5rupee, when eat we throw shell to floor I asked to eat together to other person, other person almost did not understand English, talking with body language, many times "say again, more than half of passenger can not understand English, I ordered peanuts she wrapped one order by used newspaper, I wondering 50rupie or 20rupie paper money, one of boy sitting cargo rack telling me "5rupie"\10us$0 .1-, taste good nice smell well roasted crispy peanuts. 更にピーナッツ売りが来る、石ころを乗せて落花生の重さを量り売っているが乗客でとんでもなく混んでいるのです。価格が判らなかったので５０ルピー札か２０ルピー札にしようか迷ってると上の荷物棚の若者が５ルピー＝10円と言ってくれた。１０ｃｍ四方の新聞紙に包んで渡してくれるが殻は床に捨てる。こんなに混んでいても商売してる、頭が下がります。石を乗せて落花生を追加して５ルピーで写真の３倍程の量を包んでくれるローストしてあって中身は小さいが香ばしく美味しかった。私の周りの人にも食べるように誘って皆でわいわい言いながら食べた。先ほどから話している老人以外はここでも英語が半分も通じない人が殆ど、だが手振りを交えて話すとかなり理解できる、旅の醍醐味だ。すると若者も分けの判らない英語で何か言おうとしてくれるが「ワカラナイ～、もう一度アゲイン」やはり判らない
	I can not get seat but I sit on rice bag, I put my bag on a rack above. it is not easy to thief and escape because too crowded train. this is not hot season, no sweat inside of train, I enjoyed to talk other passenger. train travel should be 40 minutes farmer area, good wind come in from window this is good season none aircon car , December is enjoyable. 混んでいてもしばらくすると皆が落ち着く。私はシートに座れなかったが誰かが床に置いていた米袋に座って、リュックサックは荷物棚の上に立てて置いた。これだけ混んでいたら盗って行くのも困難だ。４０分ほど田園地帯を列車が軽快に走るとマトゥラ駅に着くはず。窓の外は緑が広がるが耕してあるのか良く判らない。庶民の乗る３等車両は窓の鉄の格子を通して外が見える。真夏でないこの季節はエアコン付き車両より楽しい。
	everybody said "arrived Mathura" I get off, but I want to confirm this station. I am looking for indication of station name. but can not find anywhere. I can not trust until I look indicate it somewhere. 皆に「マトゥラ」と言われて降りた。どこかにマトゥラと書いた看板はないか捜す事に。地図でも、前もって聞いた駅員にも次の駅だと確認してるが表示を見るまでは安心できない。

	entrance of 2nd floor retiring room, I asked station staff direction of Rajidani express going Munbai with my ticket , first boy said right but next staff said left, I will more confuse every time I asked , they are not interest anything any information if not necessary for them, I get to know that I can not count on them anything. リタイアリングルームの入り口、上に書いてあるヒンドゥ語は読めねぇ。駅員に私の乗るラジダニエキスプレスはどちら向けに走って来るのか切符を見せて尋ねたが駅員によって言う事が違う、聞くだけ無駄な事を悟る。トラブルになって困っても誰も当てに出来ないであろう世界を実感する。言葉が通じなくても全て自分で解決しなければならないと覚悟！。
	2nd class waiting room has air conditioner and making list and check ticket at entrance of waiting room. staff did not complaint when I show my ticket AC3 is air conditioned 3rd class car ticket. ２等車待合室の部屋があったので入った、中にある絵、待合室でも入り口で切符を見て記録を着けている。私の持ってる切符はＡＣ３でエアコン３等車だが文句は言わなかった。

In Japan most of train direction is same if same platform, many train arrive and depart in one platform here but many times different direction of departure here. Rajidani express carry more than 20 car, arrive 18:38 at Mathura station, this type of train can not pass between car while running. if I get on wrong car I can not take meal because meal provide soon after start Mathura station. Just arrive my train I find one of navy uniform solder , I try to talk him , he will back from his home and he know right direction of my train, he had reservation in same train, then I try to go right place to my car and arrived just on time when train arrived,. 列車の来る方向は日本では一つのホームでは大体は決まってるが、ここでは１時間に何本も来る列車は、いずれも進行方向が違う。ラジダニエキスプレスは２０両以上連結しているので私の指定車両の位置が列車の進行方向によってホームで待つ場所が随分違う。到着直前に海軍の制服を来た同じ列車に乗ると言う若者に話した、里帰りから戻る途中で指定席の切符を持っていて正しい列車方向を知っていた。方向が判って検討をつけて走ったら列車が来て止まる時に指定車両の場所に間に合った。混んだホームでは荷物を持って大変な思い。そんな苦労をして不安な中ですっかり暗くなった１８時３８分ＭＡＴＨＵＲＡ駅発のラジダニエキスプレスに乗りました。列車の停車時間は数分だった。

AC mean air conditioned. 彼が私の切符を確認して書き込んでいた。文句を言わなかったから正しい列車車両の正しい席に座っているはず。　列車はニューデリー駅始発だから他の乗客は３時間程前から乗っている。このＡＣ３等は車両間が移動できたが下の等級の車両は移動できない。乗る時に車両を間違えると指定した席に着けないからマトゥラを出て直ぐに出た食事に間に合わない事に。マトゥラは１８時３８分発、次の駅に止まったのは２時間後の２０時３７分だ。　私の切符は２９５４便ＡＣ３のＢ４車両の４１番が指定席。　　ＡＣはエアコンの略

	main dishes, center of tray green beans and carrot will wrap by right below chapathi , left below : potato soup, rice will eat with curry soup left up bowl include soycake. salad at right up 右下のチャパティは真ん中の豆と人参の煮込みを包んで食べる。左下は荒くつぶしたポテトのスープ、左上はカレー味スープに古い豆腐（のような固さの）が煮込んである。御飯はエンドウマメ御飯、カレー味スープをかけるとうまかった。右上は大きなきゅうりのスライスと人参のスライス。どれも残さないで食べた。慣れてない味だが無理しなくても食べられる味。

	after dinner, my bed is below but I ask someone want change bed to up, he said "yes I want" I go up to bed soon, so he started to pray , train going to south, so right side is direction of Mecca? he is Muslim 食事の後、私の切符の指定は下段の寝台だが上段に替わろうかと言うと、喜んで「うん」と言ったので直ぐに上に行った。すると私が上に行くのを待っていたようにモスリムオジサン達は順番にお祈りを始めた。列車は南下してるから右がメッカの方角か？。床にお祈り用敷物を敷いて四つん這いでお祈りをしている。彼の左右は一番下の両側のベッド（昼間は椅子になる部分）。
	meal provide boy sleeping, they will never close door or cover if not necessary for him, when train shaking door moving with loud noise in mid night. 夜中に起きて車両入口近くに行くと配膳係は毛布を着てベッドにもぐっていた。しっかり寝ているようだ。配膳棚の扉などは閉める習慣がないようだ。列車が揺れるたびにあちこちのドアがバタンバタンと音がしてドア同士もぶつかってるが、やかましいのに寝られるものだ。ドアってのは彼らにとって邪魔になった時が閉める時のようだ。
	no paper at toilet, Left side green light indicate water tank available. black cup will get water to wash after toilet. put black cup pour water automatically if no water in black cup, I wounded what people will do if shake train while use toilet woman, there is no hand hold around this room. 夜中のトイレ、和式と同じだが紙は無い。ひょうたんの形の部分が凹んでいる。男はおしっこを先にしてから大を？。女は壁に向かっておしっこをしてから１８０度向きを変えるのか？緑のランプはタンクに水がある表示らしい、水は左下の黒いカップを載せてカップに水が無い時のみ自動的に注がれる。私は用を済ませた後、右手で尻を洗うことに。黒いカップは下が丸いので下に置くと転がる。黒いカップを何度も洗ってから使った。列車が揺れている時は持つ所がないので辛い。トイレはいつも考えさせられる場所だ。

	Next car is westin style also no toilet paper. water faucet but no water cup, floor will become wet lot of water if I use this. もちろん洋式もありますが、紙は無い。洋式は洗面台の蛇口の水を手ですくって尻を洗うのか？？それしか方法はないが私ならズボンもパンティも濡れて床も水だらけ。
	confirm train number. when train stopped next stop, 列車が止まったときに降りて自分の乗っている車両の番号を確かめる。
	2am train stop, this area should be middle of mountain. no station name indicted on platform. no announce in car also not in station but some passenger get off train . so stranger can not get to know where we locate now train in India always delay sometimes delay more than 10 hour. so well known person get to know but stranger unable to know anything. Indian style. 夜中２時頃に停車した田舎の駅。車内のアナウンスも無いが夜中に停車する駅で降りる人は降りていった。ホームにも駅の名前など表示が無いが彼らは判るのだろうか？インドの列車は通常的に遅延が、それも１０時間の遅延もあると言う。知っている人は良く判るが知らない人には全く判らないか判る努力をしても非常に判りにくいのがインド。

	Indicate inside of entrance of train, show arrival time each stop. this information available only train operated on schedule . usually train India will delay, sometimes delay more than ten hours. 列車の入り口内側に張ってある時刻表を見ないと止まっている駅の名が判らない。但し時間通りに運行してる事が前提だが。今回は列車の遅れは無かったが遅延１０時間もあるから何を信用してよいのか、私は次の宿の予約もないし終点だから良いのだが途中の駅で降りる人はどの駅もホームに駅名は表示してないし一般人はヒンドゥ語しか話さないし旅行者には困るだけ。
