朝早くからフェズの旧市街を少し見て、13時発のカサブランカ行きバスに

フェズに着いたのは昨夜遅く、通りを歩いていて話しかけてきた若者が泊めてやると言うので細い道を若者の後を付いていって泊まったが、
どんなところか朝になって気が付くと細い路地を何度も曲がり迷いそうな所でした。
まともに泊めてくれたから良いものの、なんとも危なげな宿探しでした。

They didn't give us a key, so when we got back we had to press the small button on the electric meter to call a family member to open the door. They didn't speak English so the service was just okay, but the elderly couple tried their best to look after us so we gave them a tip of 10DH (110 yen) when we checked out. It felt like we were staying in a two-bed guest room in a normal house. The door to the room locked, and although the toilet and hot shower were in the room, but there was no partition or transparent curtain between the bedroom and the shower toilet. You could see someone taking a shower from the bed, and it was my first experience of steam reaching the bed..
	鍵はくれなかったので外出から帰ったら電気メーター上の小さなボタンを押して家人を呼んで鍵をあけてもらいます。英語が通じなかったのでサービスはまあまあだったが、老夫婦が一生懸命に世話してくれたのでチェックアウトの時に10DH＝￥110-チップを渡した。普通の家のゲスト用2ベッドの部屋に泊めてもらった感じだ。部屋のドアに鍵もかかりトイレや熱いシャワーは部屋に付いてるが寝室とシャワートイレの間の仕切りや透明のカーテンも全くなかった。シャワーしてる人が寝室のベッドから丸見えだし湯気がベッドにまで来るのは初めての経験。

This area is built on the slope of a mountain, and water used to wash in front of the shops flows onto the road, but there are no gutters on the road. Domestic wastewater does not flow onto the road, so it seems there is a separate sewage system for domestic use.. 朝早いので観光客もまばら、といっても朝9時過ぎ。この地域は山の傾斜に建っていて店の前を洗った水は道路に流れるが道路に側溝はない。生活廃水は道路を流れて無いから生活用の下水は別にあるようだ。

	We only walking town, accidentally get chance to go this top of building, according guide book this is sheep tan place, this place is 5 floor high, but still very bad smell. 建物の屋上に上がらせてもらって羊の革のなめし職人の染色作業場。５階建てのビルの屋上。これだけ高い位置から見ていても、我慢できないくらいに臭い。下の階で鼻に詰めるミントの葉をくれる。ガイドブックにも載っているこの場所へは偶然行くことが出来た。何度も角を曲がったので、直後にもう一度行けと言われても行けないと思う。
	Go back to BabBouJeloud, we met young boy he is going to school from now he asked stay house last night. I said "good bye and see you again I will be back". ブー・ジュルード門近くまで戻ってきました。この辺りはヨーロッパ的な雰囲気が漂うし、カフェもある。昨夜最初に話しかけてきた若者と偶然出逢ったが学校に行く途中とか、「またフェズに帰ってくるからね」と言って分れた。気の良い若者だ。

The town is overflowing with vegetables and fruit. The number of customers increases before lunchtime.. 野菜や果物を運ぶロバ車、エンジン付きの車両は通行できないが、この車だけは治外法権のようにどこでも通行できるようです。野菜や果物は町にあふれている。お昼前はお客が増えてくる。
After checking out of my accommodation, I headed to the bus terminal to go to Casablanca. The train station is several kilometers away, so I'd have to take a taxi. if going Train station. I checked the nearby bus terminal, which is within walking distance, and found that the bus leaves at 1:00 PM. I consider to get there early, arriving at the terminal at 12:10 PM. I thought I'd buy a ticket and have lunch, but a man told me to get on right away, saying he was the terminal's guide. He loaded my luggage and charged 10 DH (113 yen) per piece. Although seats weren't assigned, I was told to sit here and charged an additional 5 DH. A few more people got on after that, and the bus was already full. Still 40 minutes until departure, I was thinking that if the bus was full, I wouldn't be able to get to lunch, when the bus started moving and left the terminal. The departure time here seems to be based on whether the bus is full. While it's true that there's no point in waiting if the bus is full, and it seems rational, to us, the departure time seemed to be decided based on the driver's mood..
	宿をチェックアウトしてカサブランカへ行くのにバスターミナルに向かう。鉄道駅へは何キロもあってタクシーでないと行けないし歩いていける近くの民営バスターミナルで確認するとバスは13時発。早めにと思って12時10分にターミナルに着いた。切符を買って昼御飯を食べられると思ったが「直ぐに乗れ」と、「俺はこのターミナルの案内人や」と言う人に連れられて、荷物を積んでもらって1個当り10DH＝113円-、座席は指定でないが、「ここに座れ」と言われて更に5ＤＨ請求された。その後から数人乗って満席。出発まで40分もあるが満席では昼飯を食べに行けないなぁと思っていたらバスは動き出し、ターミナルを出る。ここでは発車時刻は満席にならない場合の発車時刻のようで、確かに満席になったら待っている必要も意味もないし、合理的ではあるが、私達には運転手の気分で発車時刻が決まってるように感じた。
	1 line 5 seat Volvo bus 一列５人掛けでゆったりしているボルボのバス。 not air conditioned but when open roof window good condition. 冷房は無かったが天井の通気口を空けてくれたら快適になった。

	We had simple cookey breakfast, no lunch, we are very hungry, we bought 6 pieces of banana 10DH￥115-us$1.3- 朝食は簡単だったし昼は食べてないし腹が減ったなぁ、バナナでも買おうか。随分傷のついたバナナも売っていたが、傷は無いが少し青みがかったものを選んで６本買った10ＤＨ＝115円
	Meat shop at service area, upstairs is apartment house, everybody has cellphone but equipped public phone here. サービスエリアみたいなバスターミナルに肉屋があると最初は思っていた。肉屋の上の階はアパートになっている。皆は携帯電話を持っているがどこのバスターミナルにも公衆電話は沢山あった。
	Bus passengers order meat over there, which is then prepared as minced meat or skewers depending on the type of dish, and then they take it onto a plate to the smoking stall where it is grilled. Money is paied at the place where the meat order, but no money at the smoky stall. Even though it was busy and there was no queue, the grill chefs seemed to be handing out the grilled meat to customers haphazardly, but nothing that seemed to be causing any problems was visible. Even though they were silent, everyone probably remembered which meat was on the plate they had handed over. バスの乗客は向こうで肉を注文して料理の種類に応じたひき肉や串刺し等にしてもらい、皿に載せてくれたのを煙の出てる屋台に持っていくと焼いてくれる。肉を受け取るところではお金のやり取りをしていたが、煙のところではお金のやり取りは無い。混んでいても順番に並ぶわけでもないのに肉焼職人は焼いた肉を適当に客に渡してるように見えたが問題になるような風景は見えなかった。黙っていても皆は自分が渡した皿の肉がどれか覚えてるのだろう。

The bus stopped for about an hour, so if I had known from the beginning I could have eaten it, but I realized it after watching everyone's movements for about 30 minutes while eating a banana. It was about a two-hour drive from here to Casablanca.. こんな風にタジンや、肉の焼いたのを皿に乗せてくれるので自分でテーブルに持っていってパンにはさんで食べる。１時間程停車したので、初めから判っていたら食べられたが、皆さんの動きを30分ほどバナナを食べながら見ていて判りました。ここからカサブランカまで2時間ほどの距離でした。

The bus arrived at Casablanca's bus terminal around 5pm. When we asked a small, red, 1000cc taxi driver where the Medina, where the cheap hotels are, was, he told us it was over 10km away, so if we walked, we wouldn't arrive that day. He told us the same thing as the driver in Marrakech, which was annoying. We walked about five minutes from the bus terminal onto a two-lane street and looked for someone who spoke English. At bus terminal, One old guy speak English and he said " follow me" he cross 4 lane road many car running high speed, but he cross, and we have to follow him, and he stopped one of Bentz taxi, tell destination and asked price to driver, but passenger get on taxi, how we can get in, but driver accepted us Luckily, we found one after a few people, who stopped a taxi across the street and asked us to get in, but we couldn't cross the four-lane road where cars were speeding like a highway. Seeing us, he nonchalantly told us to follow him and started crossing the street, and we followed him, trying not to fall behind. The taxi that stopped for us was a Mercedes with many people in both the front and back. As we crossed, the person in the front seat got out and we got in with the person in the back seat. We told the driver that the fare was 6DH per person, or 70 yen, and then he left. There are a lot of strange people, but there are also kind people. バスは夕方５時頃にカサブランカのバスターミナルに到着、赤い、1000ccクラス車のプチタクシーに安宿街のあるメディナを聞くと、 10ｋｍ以上あるから歩くと今日中に着かないとか、マラケシュでの運転手と同じ事を言うので閉口した。バスターミナルから5分ほど歩いて片側2車線の通りに出て英語が判る人を捜す。運良く何人目かで見つかり、通りの向こうのタクシーを止めて乗れと言ってくれるが高速道路並みに車が飛ばす4車線の道路を私たちは渡れない。そんな私達を見て、俺に付いて来いと彼は平気で渡り始め、我々も遅れじと無理やり着いて行く。止めてくれた車は前にも後ろにも沢山の人が乗ったベンツのタクシー、私達が渡っていくと前席の人は降りていって、後席に人を乗せたまま私達が乗ることに、1人6DH＝￥70-であることも運転手に言って彼は立ち去った。けったいな人も大勢いるが親切な人も居るものだ

	前に乗っていた人は降りたので我々は前席に、後ろには5人の乗客が乗ったままのタクシー、写真を撮ってよいか聞くと何を言ってるか判らなかったが「ノー」との返事は無かったので相乗りの記念写真。「行き先が同じらしい」くらいしか私には判らなかったが、3ｋｍ程走った所で降りていった。更に20分ほど走って旧メディナの近くの黄色いル・ロイアル・マンスール・メリディアンホテル前で降りた。大きい荷物は後ろのトランクに入れたのを降りるときには運転手も一緒に居た息子も完全に忘れていて、すんでのところで荷物を失うところだった。特に乗り合いタクシーでは注意すべしだ。降りてから料金を払えば荷物を忘れにくいのかも。降りたのは高級ホテルと航空会社などが並ぶ地域だが5分も歩くと安い宿がある地域、かっぱらいスリに近い若者が寄って来て注意していたが路上で体を触ってくるが何とか逃げた。特に治安の悪い地域でなかったがその気になったら取られる状況だ、でも廻りに観光客も通行人もいたのでそれ以上の事はなかった。 10分歩いてHotel Touringオテルツーリングに、部屋を見てから決めた。2人で130ＤＨ￥1500円、階段上がった二階の正面にじゅうたんを敷いたモスクが作ってあったイスラム国だ。

All I could understand was that they seemed to be going to the same destination, and they got out after about 3km. About 20 minutes of driving, we got out in front of the yellow Le Royal Mansour Meridien Hotel near the old Medina. We had put our large luggage in the trunk in the back, but when we got out, both the driver and my son, who was with him, had completely forgotten about it, and we almost lost it. We should be careful in shared taxis. Maybe it's easier to forget your luggage if you pay after getting luggage out. We got off in an area lined with luxury hotels and airlines, but just a five-minute walk away was an area with cheap accommodation. A young man who looked like he might be a pickpocket approached us, and we warned him, but he kept groping us on the street, but we managed to get away. It wasn't a particularly dangerous area, but it's still possible that someone could take it if they wanted to, but there were tourists and passersby around so nothing more happened. We walked about 10 minutes to Hotel Touring and decided on it after looking at the room. It was 130 DH (1,500 yen) for two people, and there was a mosque with a carpet on the second floor directly in front of us at the top of the stairs, in an Islamic country..

	We find when we back to hotel ordered this, yellow is mango, white is vanilla, brown is chocolate. 15DH170Yenus$1.8- 宿への道、うまそうなアイスクリーム屋があったので注文。黄色はマンゴー、白はバニラ、茶色はチョコレート、最後になにやら言っていたので「ウィ」と言ったら何か掛けてくれた。これで15ＤＨ＝170円- どっちになっても良いような事だけは元気良く「ウィ」と言える様になった。例え「釣りはもらっても良いか」と聞かれていても20DHしか渡してないしと頭の中で考えながら言った。

Tomorrow is last day of Morocco. but tomorrow is Sunday, confirmed money is enough or not to go to airport.
if not we can't go airport on Monday. we should exchange today?
near our hotel restaurant area many car pass and loud sound till mid night so we close window but can not sleep until morning,

金が足りなくなったら明後日は朝７時頃の出発予定で空港まで行けない事になる。

ホテルを通り過ぎるとレストラン街がある。　今日は土曜日で近所のレストラン街へ行く車が夜は遅くまで混雑。
ホテルの前の道は夜中でもクラクションがなりっぱなしになって、暑いのに窓を閉めたが眠れなかった。
窓を閉めても蒸し暑いことは無いのだが、、蚊がいたので持っていた蚊取り線香を焚いた。

	前に乗っていた人は降りたので我々は前席に、後ろには5人の乗客が乗ったままのタクシー、写真を撮ってよいか聞くと何を言ってるか判らなかったが「ノー」との返事は無かったので相乗りの記念写真。「行き先が同じらしい」くらいしか私には判らなかったが、3ｋｍ程走った所で降りていった。更に20分ほど走って旧メディナの近くの黄色いル・ロイアル・マンスール・メリディアンホテル前で降りた。大きい荷物は後ろのトランクに入れたのを降りるときには運転手も一緒に居た息子も完全に忘れていて、すんでのところで荷物を失うところだった。特に乗り合いタクシーでは注意すべしだ。降りてから料金を払えば荷物を忘れにくいのかも。降りたのは高級ホテルと航空会社などが並ぶ地域だが5分も歩くと安い宿がある地域、かっぱらいスリに近い若者が寄って来て注意していたが路上で体を触ってくるが何とか逃げた。特に治安の悪い地域でなかったがその気になったら取られる状況だ、でも廻りに観光客も通行人もいたのでそれ以上の事はなかった。 10分歩いてHotel Touringオテルツーリングに、部屋を見てから決めた。2人で130ＤＨ￥1500円、階段上がった二階の正面にじゅうたんを敷いたモスクが作ってあったイスラム国だ。
