Manyara camp site is well maintenance. located Manyara airport aircraft fly over camp site going to Dar es salaam. .
ここはアフリカでも管理されたキャンプ場、すぐ近くにあるManyara空港を離陸した小型機が真上を通ってダルエスサラームの方へ出て行きます。

	I can see sunlight from screen net in the tent. テントの網を通して陽が昇るのが判るパノラマキャンプ場。
	this is my tent slept on wood bed we can see through screen but when I go in already many mosquitos inside, more than 10, I use mosquito coils until morning. but big mosquitos bite more than 5? or 10?, not only red, develop swollen and unable to count it. 手前が私のテント、中のベッドが見える、スクリーンネットもあるけど蚊がいっぱい中に入ってるので蚊取り線香の火を絶やさなかった。それでも数箇所以上デカい蚊に刺された。５箇所か１０箇所か？判らないくらい腫れもひどい。

I stay here long time from early morning, I wanted have coffee but not coffee vender here. I enjoy lot of African time and atmosphere 見晴らしが良いので朝食までに何度も景色を眺めにやってきた。ゆっくりしたアフリカらしい時間の流れの中、至福の時間を過ごします。コーヒーが飲みたくなったが自動販売機も何いも無い。
	地図のマニャーラ湖が見えている湖、居るところはンゴロンゴロ外輪山の高台です。

	after breakfast joined two of Japanese participants 朝食を済ませて２日目のドライブが始まる。ここから若い日本人夫婦が合流。
	後ろの席の左はコックのPitaピタと真ん中は日本人夫婦の奥方、彼らは私と同じVictoriaExpedition旅行社で言い値の半額近くに値切っていた。価格を尋ねて他の旅行社を探すと出て行き、見えなくなってから旅行社の係員が追いかけて来て半額くらいの価格を提示、それでも他の旅行社を見に行ってから戻ると更に「ツアーから帰った日の宿代も含む」と格安条件を出した。それくらいしないと安くしない日本人には考えられないしぶとさがある。彼らはUS＄を持っていてUS$で払ったからでもあるが、私の交渉力不足は否めない。結果的に契約するにしても私も他の旅行会社を実際に探しに出るべきだった最初はそのつもりだったのに。今回の旅での唯一の反省点。 VictoriaExpedition旅行社は英語のガイドブックにも掲載されているが決して良心的な価格ではないし客の足元を見る。サファリツアー以外にキリマンジャロ登山ツアーもあって欧米人が登山靴を足に合わせていたが、富士山で精一杯の私にはそんなに簡単に山頂まで行けるとは思えない。
Pita is rear right seat, rear center and left seat is Japanese couple, they negotiate Victoria expedition tour company almost half price of me, they asked price and leave office to far away can not see office, then office staff followed and ask half price but they said "decide after visit other office", then get back to VictoriaExpedition, staff ask additionally add include one night fare for inn when back here, African people are tough negotiator. cheap price one reason is paying by us$ but I need not only currency, need more tough negotiate. I should go other tour company first , city is big I can find many agency easily. VictoriaExpedition is famous and find on guide book but price will change depend on tourist, easy tourist is easy to high price, this agency also held on tour to Kilimanjaro mountain climb tour but I can not join high mountain tour Mt Fuji is enough.
	no pavement on road but electric wire supply electric each house this area, this is not country side of Tanzanian. 田舎に来たので地道の村もあちこちに。　でもここは電気も通ってるので都会の部類。
	mountain planted something. we can see residence and electric wire here. 山の方は開墾されたり家が建っていて電気もそれなりに来ています。
	I wanted to buy AA3 batteries, at Karatu village photo shop, two of Kodak alkaline battery is Tsch\350us$4.1- and expire soon , in same condition battery in 100yen shop in Japan is most highest quality, it is 50yen if two battery but battery available 2.5 to 3 day to use camera, even made in china we can buy high quality in japan. タンザニアの田舎のカラツ村にあった写真屋さん、単三アルカリ電池２本が5000シリング＝350円。現地で購入したのはカメラメーカーKodakの単三アルカリ電池だが１日半で電池が消耗した。同じ条件で百円ショップのは２本なら５０円だが電池が切れるまで2．5～３日、工業製品では例え中国製でも日本で買うのが格段に高品質で低価格である事を実感する。

We arrived "view point" on map, we will go selengethi national park today left up on map ここは地図にあるンゴロンゴロ噴火口がクレーターと呼ばれるところ。Viewpointだ。この日は地図左上方にあるセレンゲティ国立公園まで行きます。

	Wow suddenly appeared, giraffe will not escape. キリンさんがこんなに近くで食事とは。お・ど・ろ・き！！草食動物も車や人間に慣れてきたのか？

世界遺産になっているセレンゲティ国立公園の入り口。道は限りなく続く。

	Arrived lunch time at parking area . today's lunch box. content sandwich, fried chicken, mango juice, muffin bananas.and water. 休憩所で食事、配ってくれた弁当箱にはサンドイッチと肉はチキン、マンゴージュース、マフィンとバナナ。食べきれないくらいの量だ。
	animals and bard know food here in this area. 休憩所では各地から出たサファリツアー客が食事を、おこぼれを預かるために大きな鳥も寄ってきます。

	Japanese husband and wife decide around world trip half year after they get marry.they sell everything include house and stuff for start trip, they said they had one year commemoration of marriage last week. . 日本人夫婦も仲良く歩き回る。結婚して半年後に「二人で世界旅行」を思いつき家をたたんで実家に残りの荷物を預けて出てきたと。先週が結婚一周年だった。
we arrive park office and paid us$160- by credit card, they equipped parabola antenna to connect civilization. 昼にはセレンゲティ公園事務所に到着、ここで私はクレジットカードでus$160-支払う、孤立したこの地ではパラボラアンテナがあって衛星回線で現代文明と接続されている。
this national park is more than 150km diameter but not round. scale is difference everything here. 国立公園の範囲は丸くは無いが直径150ｋｍ以上あるセレンゲティ国立公園、近畿地方がすっぽり入る大きさです。アフリカに来て何もかもスケールが違うので「日本がすっぽり入る」と言われても感覚がつかめません。
purple line is border line of Tanzania and Kenya. 紫の線がケニアとタンザニアの国境線、右上の都市はケニアの首都ナイロビ現在地は地図の真ん中より左下のNabiHillGateと思われる

セレンゲティは地図のケニアとの国境近くです。

食事が済んだら再び車は走ります近くに動物が居たら止まって見ます。何も見えない時はどんどん飛ばして走ります。

アフリカ人運転手は走行中に豹が居るって見つけて車は止まるが判らないので望遠にしてあちこち捜す。

	visitor peak season more than 100 car gather to see one lion here. sometimes traffic jam guide explained ライオンを見るのに集まったツアーの車、ピークシーズンだと車が100台ほど集まるので渋滞になる。今は欧米からの客が少ないオフシーズン。ライオン家族は仲良し家族34秒MVI_2880.AVI

we arrived camp site, but not rounded fence or wall from animal or lion area. we said "sorry we join your area to camping" to animals. no electric generator, no cellphone signal anymore. 360degrees no mountains this area. we switch off cellphone from this afternoon. so we don't need worry charge cellphone battery. そんな動物たちのいる中で、キャンプ場に到着です。キャンプ場といっても塀があるわけでもフェンスがあるわけでもない、動物たちに仲間入りする感じでテントを張ります。ここは人間の文明からは遠く離れて電気は来ていない、発電機も設置されて無い。もちろん携帯電話の電波だって届かない海外の何処でも使える携帯電話も午後からはずっと「圏外」表示。携帯電話のアンテナは山の上に建てられているが山は遥か彼方で周り360度地平線しか見えない。電池を消耗するだけなので電源は午後から早くにＯＦＦ。「圏外」を確認するためだけに時折は電源を入れるが。だから携帯電話の充電とか心配する必要もないし、無駄な気遣いである。

今日のテント宿泊地ニャニキャンプ場。動物の居る地域。
あの草むらの向こう側に彼らはいるんです、「うぉ～」と言いながら間にフェンスも何もない！！ツアー参加者と運転手と調理人のテント。


	Dark night Pita prepared dinner for us. no electric so we have dinner under only candle light, we have to appreciate cook without light, as if Pita has not electric light, tonight is spaghetti and salad. how he cooked without light. . 暗くなって時間がたってから夕食が出来てきた。電気が無いのでろうそくの明かりで食べる。それより暗い中で料理してくれた事に感謝！我々のコックＰＩＴＡピタは懐中電灯など持っている気配は無いし持っているところを見たことが無い。今夜のメニューはスパゲティとサラダ。ピタの手料理は暗い中でどないして作ったのやら？。
	猛獣を寄せ付けないために夜通し火を燃やします。それでも夜中には動物の声はしたが、朝になってガイドに聞いたら、ライオンかハイエナの声だって。運転手のBarikiバリキはテントに寝ていて直ぐ横にライオンが寝ているのに朝に気づいた経験を話してくれた。朝まで火を消さないようにしてくれよ～、と願う。　運転手バリキに「銃は持ってきてるの」と尋ねたが持って来てないと。左の青白いのはヨーロッパ人のキャンパーが持っているＬＥＤライトの明かり夜は雲が無かったので空が真っ白なくらいに星がいっぱい、天の川でなく天の海のように小さな星で真っ白。 Wのカシオペアや北斗七星も沢山の小さな星にうずもれてるので探すのに苦労するが日本で見るより地平線に近いところにあった。もちろん北極星は地平線より下で見えません。ここは赤道より南の南半球！

Animals afraid of fire, so we never stop fire until mooring,.
our guide Bariki said his experience when he wake up in the morning he find lion sleeping in front of his tent last year,
I asked guide Bariki did you bring gun or pistol? but he has not.,blue light is LED light by European tourist.
so many stars midnight as if white night sky , it is not milkyway.
it should be milky sea. Casiopea or the Great bear can not find easily because so many small star hide them but finally find it very near to horizon,
of cause can not find north polar star, it is under horizon.
If animal attack, no one can escape in the tent, if some of animals attack me, I expect lion no other else, I can leave reputation after my death,
if lion eat me ok but not other eat me, it is not reputation. we can take a shower this camp ,
no hot water running engine drive water pomp near the water tank.,
I need many mosquito coil I can sleep after get all the mosquito.
動物が襲ってきたら、逃げられない。意に反して死にザマを意識してしまうテントの夜。
でも「ハイエナに襲われて死んだ」と言われるより「ライオンに襲われて死んだ」と言われる方がカッコ良いなぁハイエナに殺されたなんて末代まで恥だ、来るならライオンだよと思いながら眠りにつく。
シャワーはトイレ横に水だけのシャワーが屋根のタンクにある水が出てくる。水が出る事を確認して「途中で止まるなよ」と願いつつ石鹸をつける。この水を得るために昼はエンジンポンプが廻っていた。
蚊取り線香は必需品。テントの中の蚊を取り尽くしてから眠る事が出来た。
